Have you ever wondered how it’s possible your sims spend several days a week throughout the majority of their life at work/school without ever meeting their co-workers/schoolmates if they don’t actively try to? That’s just so weird to me… even if you’re not sociable you’ll be learning their names at least…
So I made a small edit of the normal work tone. With this mod using the normal work tone sims will meet their co-workers/schoolmates and slowly build friendships with them. This will however not fill their social need, because that seemed overpowered, considering I didn’t nerf their work performance.
Works for all game careers and custom careers/schools using the default work tones.

one of my favorite modders originally made ghosts playable occults and it just got an awesome update that i think adds so much more depth to life and death ep. normally wouldn't repost a mod, but didn't see a post about it on simblr and wanted to spread awareness about it. happy to take this post down if requested, but it's brilliant mod and i adore chipped mods so please go check them out!

Right in theme with my previous build - it's time for another Euro Summer™ building download. This time it's fictional Italy, aka Tartosa. Enjoy this little reimagination of the premade lot "Rifugio dei Pirati", now coming with an extra shell and a much more detailed interior. Let your sims spend their summer vacation here or have them (re)start their life in this little idyllic place.

So what do you get?
Via dell'Alpino is a 30x20 residential lot that was born out of my dislike of the floor plan from the original Rifugio dei Pirati build. Instead of just bulldozing the lot, as a sane builder would, I changed up the whole layout of the house and added a second building/shell as well. While the original Rifugio dei Pirati house didn't change much from the outside, I completely redid the interior. The house currently has one bedroom, one hobby room (currently a painting room), one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining space, plus a living room. The garden has an area specifically for gardening and a terrace underneath some wisteria (very romantic!).
The furnished house is ideal for 1-2 sims, the hobby room could be changed into a nursery if you so wish.
The shell could be split between 2 families or just one, and is ideal for 2-4 sims.
The lot was created for the Terra Amorosa neighbourhood in Tartosa, but it might also look good somewhere else.
Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs, but a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.
