Can you do something cheesy with grayson for Christmas?
The morning started like any other. Cold hair rushed through the air, tickling hercheeks a deep red. Loud laughter could be heard, children yelling, and people caroling. The elves scurried in every direction, preparing for the busiest day of the year: Christmas day.
With only a month to spare, everyone seemed to be in a frantic mode. This includes the daughter of Saint Nicholas. Y/N recently celebrated her 19th birthday, leaving her with even more responsibility then the year before. Her father has put faith into her, giving Ember one of the highest jobs there is, toy making. No, she didn't make toys, only watched over the elves that did, but it was still one of the biggest jobs in the whole North Pole.
The only sound around was the chattering, clunking of mallets, and screeching sound of metal scraping. Y/N tried her best to stay cheerful, but she didn't enjoy this as much as her father. Sure, she loved Christmas, making children happy, but didn't want this to be her whole life.
"Hello." A sweet voice filled her ears, causing a smile to form her face, at the tiny elf. "Hello love." She pats the seat next to her, the little girl follows.
"You seem sad." She couldn't find herself to lie, so instead didn't speak, only allowed the small specs of snow land on her pale skin, leaving red blotches of skin.
The little girl closed her eyes, her breaths coming out ragged, brows pinched together, what almost seemed like irritation. The irritation of no reply from Y/N. She straightened her back, letting out a relieved sigh, tying her finger's together on her lap.
"Exactly yes." Y/N answers, pursing her lips into a deep line of emotion. "I can't help but wonder if there's more in this world.. more then what my father wants me to be."
She didn't know why she was saying all this to a little girl but it felt good to finally speak what's been playing through her minds for now. Considering that her life has been planned out for her, she never really thought of it, until now at least.
"Here." The little girl muttered, handing over a small snow globe. She didn't quite look into the globe, just noticed the spot of green which she assumed was a pine tree.
"If you had one wish what would it be?" This was a question Y/N wasn't asked ever, her life was pretty much planned for her, her brother of course would take over for her father, but she would help him through their lives, being by his side.
"I would wish to have another life." It was barely above a whisper, but it was a wish. The sicking cackle of the little girl next to her made the hair on her arms raise, watching the soft, child like skin mush to the floor, shedding the skin to show the green, wrinkled skin, and in this time she took a look at the snow globe, and the green was a little version of the witch.
Before she slipped into a deep confines of darkness, she remembered the night time stories she was often told, the story of the Green Witch that haunts the North Pole.
Y/N's body felt as if it was on fire, every goosebump raising with a burn, flight or fight response. It was her body's way of telling her to get up. Loud noices made her ears buzz, the bright lights blurring her vision instantly.
The moments before had her on her feet trying to distance herself from the witch but only ended up stumbling a few feet into a road, where a car barely stopped in time but the brutual force of the speed the cars next to it knocked her onto her feet.
"Woah, woah, sweetheart are you okay?" The man emerged from the porshe, pea coat wrapped tightly around his body, a small amount of hair form a beard around his pink lips.
Hands find the back of her head, silky hair knotting against his touch as he sits her up. The first thing he noticed was the bright red dress, she wore, a hair of candy cane leggings underneath it and a large warm fur shall that hang over her shoulders latching in the front of her chest with a snowflake.
"My head." Soft hands wrap around his wrist for support. Grayson's breath hitches as she turns to face him, soft features make his skin heat up, throat dry at how beautiful she truly was.
"Let's get you to a doctor." The small amount of blood on the palm of his hand makes him worried. Grayson lifts her quickly, ignoring the honks behind him. His arms hook around the back of her knees, and holding her head for support.
"Wh-wa?" Her words stammer, eyes closing slowly as he lays her in his passenger seat. Finger fumble with the heat before taking off quickly. The drive to the hospital is dragging, hes worried about the girl in his passenger seat but cant help but admire the beauty.
Full imagine coming sooon !!
