yeah, that's the whole point.
Hello my dear friends! I don't know about you, but where I live, school starts next week.
What you should eat while studying?
One thing we already know is that food is a vital necessity, so it's present every day. Including when we study.
When we study, we spend hours sitting down, exercising our brains.
So here are some snacks that I would recommend for a healthy lifestyle and to help your brain while studying.
1. Healthy for your body and brain.
— Mixed nuts ! 🥜
They have healthy fats and protein. They also taste really good.
My personal favourites are: almonds, pistachios.
— Dark chocolate ! 🍫
Dark chocolate can help you with focus while also having a delicious treat.
I love 85% dark chocolate. What's your favourite one?
— Blue berries ! 🫐
Contains antioxidants, which helps us when memorizing
Honestly, I think it's easily one of the best fruits.
11. Quick energy boosters.
— Banana/apple with peanut butter ! 🍌
Honestly, I don't really like peanut butter. But if you do, that's great!
It will give you some quick energy to continue studying.
— Avocado toast ! 🥑
Let's be honest, who doesn't love avocado?
It has really good fats and tastes like heaven.
— Greek yougurt with fruits and honey ! 🍯
Personally, this is my go-to snack. Sometimes I add some cheerios or cornflakes with dark chocolate chips and chia seeds.
Well, that's all. I hope you like it and get some ideas, because I personally go crazy when I don't have ideas for healthy and nutritious snacks when I'm so busy doing something like studying.
