"So-- my therapist said I needed a hobby that's not work related, so we signed me up for a baking class, right?" Odd chattered as he clicked another plastic tupperware container closed. "Which is great! I got an outlet for stress or whatever that's not constantly running. Awesome. Radical and tubular."
"Anyways I got stressed last night and now I got like, a problem that's the opposite of a problem," Odd explained before holding out a container of chocolate chip cookies to Robert. "Which is now I have like, too many dozen cookies."
"So-- mind taking some or all of the stupid amount of cookies I made?"
A pause.
"There's also a cake in the fridge."
"It's strawberry."

Send "I should have been there." While examining one of my muses scars
"I know." The surgeon's voice rumbled in the back of his throat, a brow shooting upwards as he looked at him. He knew full well how much Odd enjoying teasing him, pushing him, but right now, he was more concerned about his well being, that trumped everything else. In that moment, he was his patient, and one that he cared for deeply. "Be that as it may, you still need medical attention." Cut was firm about it as he began to clean the cuts, lightly dabbing them. "Are you going to tell me what happened?"
"Beeeeh..." Odd let out as he remembered the incident in question. He was hardly flinching at the alcohol touching his wounds. His high tolerance for pain kicking in. He almost seemed to flinch occasionally out of habit-- a few miliseconds too late to be a proper reaction. Anything to appear normal.
"Dude was gettin' rough with one of the nurses. He was on... something or other. Some shit that let him Hulk the fuck out on us. I intervened, got my face slammed into a wall." Odd huffed lightly in annoyance at the memory. "Someone managed to get a needle in him, but it hurt like a bitch."

"You made it then? Was startin' to think you werny comin'. Fancy a pint?"
"You think I was gunna stand you up? Naw I just got caught in traffic is all," Odd twirled his motorcycle keys as he wandered up to Jock. "Wouldn't miss a drink with a handsome guy for the world." He allowed a little extra flirting now that they weren't at work.
"A pint sounds good! Been busy on the wagon all day. I need to fuckin' unwind."
❝What? You did? With who? Would I know them?❞ Robert exclaims with a rush of heat to his face. Now... Logically he knows this was likely ages ago. Years ago, but that doesn't stop the irrational jealousy from sweeping over him like wave. Does he know them? Are they in town? Do they share the same social circles, online or otherwise? Are they HOTTER than himself? No wait... Not going there. MOST people are hotter than Robert. He can't compete on that level. ❝Okay wait... What were we talking about?❞ Oh.... Right. Fooling around in the vehicle parked just a short distance away. The jealousy's washed away a little of the luster of the idea, but he can't deny it's still got a visceral charge to it. He clears his throat, preparing to deliver the rote, dutiful tone of voice he'd trot out when TECHNICALLY towing the company line: ❝I don't condone the mis-use and possible contamination of SDN property. You know that. I'm not discussing this topic anymore ... on company time.❞
Odd resisted the urge to fondly roll his eyes at Robert's jealous questions. He was getting used to Robert's jealous side. He found it cute, as long as it never got out of hand, and he trusted Robert to communicate when it was becoming a problem. Odd reached over and ruffled the other's hair with a fond smile, before running his finger along Robert's jaw to turn him toward Odd, and pressed a kiss to his lips.
"Guess we have somethin' to discuss OFF company time then," Odd murmured into Robert's ear before backing away with an innocent smile. He chuckled to himself before glancing up to think.
"Annnnnnd it was some hookup at the time. Al...somethin'. Alex? Alan?" Odd hummed as he struggled to remember the name, before shrugging. "We didn't really talk after that. He was a terrible kisser and honestly was kind of a douche. 0/10 would not recommend."
"I'll trade multidimensional space stories for your hoe stories, how about that?" She grins.
"And yeah- he was really good. Amazing view."
"Deal." He snickers.
"I'll trade you alien stories for 'dude wanted to blow me on top of his family grave'. Real Addams family shit."
"--This is suddenly not a safe space."
"This is suddenly a confused space with a lotta questions." A pause.
"Were they at least good?"

Throughout all of the multi-verse, Three couldn't think of a greater foe than spreadsheets and orders. It was the downside of owning a bar-- even if the money you bought that bar came from questionable alternate dimensional shenanigans-- but he DID still need to do his own accounting.
Maybe he should hire an accountant instead of doing everything himself.

Three snagged his phone, happy for ANY distraction at the moment. Even better considering WHO sent the message. He brightened up before pressing the notification.

Oh Three was even happier now. Except he was stuck here in the backroom of the bar, fiddling with spreadsheets.
[TxT] It is taking EVERY fiber of self-control I have to not just hop over there and bang. [TxT] You HAD to catch me on the one night of the quarter I'm buried in paperwork.
Three looked around for a moment as he massaged his crotch, not sure why since he was the only one in the bar-- and his office for that matter-- before unzipping his pants and leaning back in his chair. He grinned as he took a pic of his bulge and sent it back to David.
[TxT] Wouldn't mind having you here at the bar though. ;) [TxT] Gotta put this desk through its paces.
"Alien." She says with zero hesitation. "In space. Then we had to work together. But bitch I am so ready to hear your horror story."
".....Getting to that in a minute--- what do you mean aliens exist???"
