The recent accusations about the Undertale/Deltarune streamer Shayy have been nothing short of horrific. It is disgusting that someone with so much respect and influence within the community abused the position they have been given.
If you don’t already know, they have been accused of Horrible behaviour from Sexual Assault and soliciting sexual favours from fans, some allegedly below the age of consent and all while objectifying and fetishising transgender women. It has been deeply upsetting to see this come to light and I feel horrible for the victims and they have been incredibly brave to speak out and compile over 262 pages worth of evidence against them on top of further accusations since, rarely do we ever consider them in these situations.
DO NOT interact with Shayy, do not engage with their content and please respect the victims and their privacy. According to CibblesCD, Shayy has left the internet and hopefully never returns, they deserve prison for what they have done. Please be safe and always be mindful of the perceived power that any influencer has when interacting with their audience.
We do not need such a creep being the face of our community. We should appreciate those who genuinely deserve it and respect their boundaries with their audience as we the audience do the same!
