gold bangle stacks
❤︎ ྀི˖𓍢 i just think gold bangle stacks are such a cute and feminine detail to everyday outfits and i don't know about you guys, but i LOVE the jingly sound the bangles make. it's just as good as the sound of high heels clacking against the floor
push up bras
❤︎ ྀི˖𓍢 especially the victoria's secret bombshell bras like omg . . they're so feminine and comfortable i just love wearing them so much!!
body glitter
❤︎ ྀི˖𓍢 body glitter, glitter perfume, any body care with glitter is a must have!! i mean, who wouldn't want to smell like a vanilla cupcake while being glittery? it is seriously a must have in every girl's
gold hoop earrings
❤︎ ྀི˖𓍢 kind of relates to the gold bangles but you'll never see me leave the house without a pair of hoop earrings bonus points if they're gold :3
pink blush
❤︎ ྀི˖𓍢 it doesn't matter what undertone i am, i will always wear bubblegum pink blush on my cheeks and nose! it just makes me feel like a little doll and i luv it sm :3 my favorite pink blush to use is the juvia's place blush volume 04!
౨ৎ my certified high achiever morning routine .
hydration ritual
i drink warm water with a bit of salt, it's great for metabolism, your throat + hydrating, then i drink a bottle of water to get my hydration going for the day
mental wake-up
deep breaths + look outside, if the sun is out or turn on all lights available
make bed
starts off the day on a good foot
mindfulness routine + journalling (morning pages)
breathwork (4-4-4 breathing, alternate nostril breathing)
20 minute meditation (i rec. lavendaire for this)
morning pages (500 words)
steam face + lymphatic massage + gua sha
clears pores for product absorption, i use coconut oil and gua sha with that after the lymphatic massage
morning skincare
i use a cleanser, then a toner, then spf and moisturizer
ice face
this helps lock in the products
conscious, enjoyable breakfast
go-to recipes:
avocado toast
scrambled eggs
fruits
nuts
i add at least two out of this list
+ i drink a cup of coffee, a cup of green tea, a glass of multivitamin water, a cup of green juice
meds with intention
i remind myself my medication is healing me and only take it after eating and drink water to swallow it
dental care ritual
i brush my teeth twice, with herbal then fluoride toothpaste, then floss and do oil pulling,
i chew gum as a reward, regular mint + xylitol gum for the teeth
HIIT + calisthenics + ballet workout + stretching yoga

i organize everything in my wardrobe and make sure its ready to be looked through (to pick an outfit if im going out)

i follow odysseas on yt's system for organizing my obsidian, will make a post soon

i use lavendaire meditations + thewizardliz affirmations
𝜗𝜚 my extensive morning routine - for the girlies who need their alone time ,, especially before a hectic day ++ free printable !!
drink water
this is an absolute game-changer ! bonus if its warm or room temperature, really gets the metabolism going as well as soothes your throat !!
make your bed
this makes my room look MUCH neater, and gives me peace of mind + incentive not to get back under the covers and doze off again TT
meditation
another thing that calms me down greatly and gets me focused and set for the day, i really recommend lavendaire, her meditations are top-tier and she has several lengths to pick from
morning yoga
debloat yoga or stretching is a must for me, it helps aid my digestion as well as reduce bloating in the morning.
exercise
i like to do either shirlyn kim, april han, chloe ting or momomi workouts in the morning ending with a hinafit's full body stretch that's twenty minutes long. i use chloe ting's workouts as cardio mostly and then a set of targeted hiit from momomi and relaxing pilates from shirlyn kim and april han.
i am also trying to go on walks in the morning as well TT
skincare + dental care
my skincare routine in the morning is cleanser + toner + hydrogel + sunscreen + matte sunstick + lip balm and my dental care routine is herbal toothpaste + fluoride toothpaste + mouthwash. i wash my hands between and before/after steps.
shower routine
i use a pumice stone and sugar scrub in the shower to exfoliate along w baby soap and shower gel to clean up. i apply three layers of moisturizer + coconut oil on getting out !!
reading
in the mornings, i like to either annotate classics or read my weekly self-help book or just read educational nonfiction and take notes in my commonplace journal about them.
journalling
i fill out five affirmations, five things i'm grateful for as well as my intentions for the day. i also write down what would make my day great, as well as habits to focus on (at least three)
planning
i plan w/ my planners, notebook and wall calendar spread as well as notion and a habit app, as well as google sheets.
