Coming down with the crud so before I get really sick, I made a huge pot of soup. It's got chicken, noodles, onions, carrots, garlic, celery, mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs, and red pepper flakes to keep my sinuses clear and force me to cough up any crud. #food
