Again, I’m not the most knowledgable person on the subject, but I think it’s kind of hard to go to a bad Broadway show. I mean, people’re paying a ton of money for these tickets, right? People wouldn’t pay if it was bad. People don’t show up to sporting matches unless they really like the team if the team’s awful - I think the same’d go for shows. 12 Rivers is pretty expensive, but it’s worth it. The city’s massive, I feel like somebody could live here their whole life and not know it well.

In light of recent events in my personal life, I must admit…the following announcement evokes two very different emotions in me.

…on October 1st, at 9:45PM, Madam Georgette Mulloy drew her last breath, after succumbing to effects from a massive stroke she’d suffered just weeks prior.  She died peacefully, surrounded by her family and beloved Claims.  Needless to say, this…is a monumental loss…not only for the Mulloy family and XS Tech…but the Dominant population as a whole.  To put it lightly, to those that knew her, Madam Mulloy was a force to be reckoned with; a regal Domme unrivaled in her Dominance. She carried herself with an effortless, enviable confidence. I can only pray that I possess even a fraction of her greatness within me.

With that said, both the Mulloy family and XS Tech are pleased to present the inaugural Georgette Mulloy Memorial Scholarship, to be presented to two exemplary submissives for full expense paid attendance at the Barton Academy and the Pearce School.  This is given with the hope that the dichotomy of Dominance and submissive shall be upheld by the recipients as they enter into their future Claims…just as Madam Mulloy would want.

So, my parents are coming to visit next week and are expecting a tour which – admittedly, I’m struggling with a little. I may have been living here for a while but I haven’t really done much exploring, so… can anyone tell me where I absolutely need to take them? What tourist attractions are actually worth it? Where we should eat? What’s good in theater right now? I’m not… very artistic but my parents are so I think with all the art in the city, I should probably take them to the theater, right?

I’ll be honest and say that I’ve got no idea what’s going on in the theater scene, but I’m sure it’ll be exciting for them if you can get tickets to anything on Broadway. 12 Rivers is the best food that I’ve had so far in my time here. Times Square kind of smells all the time, but it’s iconic, and has been since before this place was renamed and re-...everything-ed. Oh, and there’s a really great local ice cream place in Halking that you’ve gotta check out. It’s called, like... Creamed or something like that. Maybe it’s spelled funky. But it’s good and hard to miss if you’re in the neighborhood.

What? It’s good - it just tastes like sugar. And, even when I was little, I didn’t want it in my Halloween loot. That, like I said, was reserved for chocolate bars and M&Ms and the likes. My costume? I haven’t thought that deep into it. This is the first year in a while I haven’t had a game on Halloween night.

Candy corn’s good, but no - it doesn’t belong in trick or treat buckets. That’s meant for chocolate - Snickers and Kit Kats and shit like that. And I’ve never had one of those root beer barrels, so I’m gonna say no...?
