I think it needs to become common knowledge that "inability to read social cues" can show up as overcompensating.

You don't know how much misbehaviour is allowed, so you become the perfect child who never tests rules.

You don't know if someone is irritated with you, so you'll be extra generous and self-effacing.

You don't know how much is expected of you at work so you'll kill yourself in a minimum-wage job and not notice that nobody else is working like this.

"Hardworking and quiet" should be as much of an autism red flag as "ignores rules and doesn't know when to stop talking". Or why don't we just start using words to communicate so i can stop tracking everybody's eyebrow twitches, that would be great.

Axenlector

Axenlector is when you collect a lot of xenogenders (can be about any thing, nothing in specific) for understand yourself better and try to fill the lack of gender that you also feel, sometimes getting instantly interrupting your xenos with the emptiness of gender, making you confused and adding more. This is exclusively to xenogenders.

The name is a combination between Agender (A), Xenogender (Xen) and Collector (lector)

Even if is axenlector can be about any xenogender in question, it can have it owns variants, for example, a catgender axelector person.

Flag meaning:

The black stripes and spikes mean the lack and emptiness of gender, and when you're gender gets interrupted.

The rainbow stripes are the xenogender flag, making it exclusively to them.

The human head represents the mood mostly of the time by the gender changes, confused.

The massive decoration of the flag means the genders that you are been collecting.
