It's called Brutality mod, an archived discontinued mod, images and sprite doesn't work.

The mod has gore and many other stuff, you live with your parents in the slums, you have money to pay, you need to survive trying to not die from starvation and dehydration, I haven't gone far but this place sucks!!!! I gotta play more!!
