I don’t know. I just figured…even when you say you don’t want something or like something, a Dom can still just do them. A safeword is still just a word. How is it any different?
I never implied that you were 'dumb'. I am only hoping to aid in your memorisation of the word, as forgetting within a scene wouldn't be pleasent. Mostly, they is used within a scene when you are under too much physical stress to bear any more, but it can also be used for emotional distress. For example, if a conversation about a sensitive topic was causing you utmost distress and the Dominant did not stop speaking when you asked normally, you could use the safeword to end the conversation.
A Dominant can ignore and override your refusal but they cannot override your safeword. If someone where to continue their actions after a sub had safeworded, they would face not only stigma from their peers, but possibly criminal charges for abusing a submissive. If this ever happens to you, little one, you should report it immediately.
