Serendipity and Snowflakes → Dom&Rylee
Rylee had woken up a few minutes ago, but she was still groggy. She was having such an interesting dream. One of those dreams that you just never wanted to wake up from, and when you did you felt so out of place for a while. Like the world you were in wasn’t yours, but the dream world was. The only thing that she was fully aware of was she was alone in a room. But, not in her room. It took a while for her sleepy mind to remember that she had fallen asleep last night at Dom’s. On the couch, though. She had definitely fallen asleep on the couch.
Rylee sat up, a mountain of blanket falling from her shoulders and she stretched her arms out, yawning. Rylee looked around the room and got up to her feet, scrunching her nose. She reached her hands up to her hair and did her best to flatten the curly haired bed-head mess that it probably was. Rylee didn’t have a mirror, but she was pretty sure her hair looked like it was all over the place. She was still in the dress she wore, it was bunched in places from her tossing in her sleep so she tried to fix that too before walking into the other room. Another yawn escaped her lips and she smiled when she saw Dom, taking a seat on the couch. “Morning…I think. Uh, what time is it?”
The morning light peeked through the curtain's in Dom's living room, burning his eyes that were still covered. With a deep groan, the tall boy rolled over on the small sofa. It was difficult for him to stay on but he couldn't let Rylee sleep on the couch while he was in the bed. He had just started to fall back to sleep when he felt a light amount of weight weigh down one cushion on the couch. Instinctively, he jumped up, his brown eyes flinging open wide. "Wha-- Oh," he mumbled, feeling relaxed once his eyes settled on the sight of the gorgeous girl in front of him. It was highly possible that she was even more beautiful when she had joke woken up than he had ever seen her be. If that was even possible.
"Hello there, Miss Rylee," Dom croaked out, his voice raspy from sleeping with his mouth open. His eyes trailed from her delicate face, down to her neck and then down to her chest. She was completely breathtaking and had she not just woken him up, he would have been convinced that he was still dreaming. "Uh," he started, reaching for his phone on the small coffee table in front of them. Pressing the lock button to see the lock screen on it, he squinted as he tried to adjust to the light. "11:30 in the mornin'. Why? You fixin' to run away, Cinderella?"
