I used to work in a gameroom, like where there's basically hundreds of games to play there and our job was to recommend and teach how to play them to the customers.

We were allowed to use our phones but only if we had to look up some rule that was not specified on the booklet... Or if the rules were purely online.

Other than that, we were allowed to use them but not that much and preferably out of sight of the customers

At my store we had/have two drivers(can kinda work oven if they're in store), two ppl(myself included) that can slap/work the oven, and 4 csr 3 of whom can kinda work on the makeline
