Today, July 13, 2017, marks the one year anniversary of my Domino's Pizza Diet. My current weight is 203 lbs. My starting weight on 7/13/16 was 272 lbs. My low this past year was 194 lbs. I gained a bit having fun. I am wearing a size 34 jeans! I have not wore that size since probably freshmen college year. My health is better and I feel great! No... I am not sick of pizza. It's fucking Pizza! I do not exercise, but I do Whole Body Cryotherapy about 5 times a week. Whole Body Cryotherapy will boost your metabolism when done in a routine of 2-3 times a week. I will be continuing this lifestyle. New Goal 185 lbs. Deadline is October 31st. My plan: Eating one slice of Dominos hand tossed large any 3 toppings pizza every 3 to 4 hours for 90% of my meals. A couple cheat meals a week. I will start doing some exercise this time around.
