The Problem.
The problem I have come to believe is what I want. Let me elaborate.
I used to believe that having a boyfriend was the piece I was missing to being happy. Got myself a boyfriend. Something was still missing.
Then I thought that having a nice body was the piece I was missing to being happy. Got myself a nice body. Something was still missing.
Looking at my life now, I can see that the problem is what I want.
I have a nice body. I’m smart. I’m funny. I’m handsome. I’ve a good job. I’ve a good education. I have a loving family. I have attentive friends.
But there’s still something missing. That something is what I want. I have never sat down and thought about what I want. I have always taken what others would want for me and appplied it to my own life.
It’s great that I’ve come to this realisation (assuming it’s the truth and not a fanciful idea I’ve taken hold of) but the problem now is that I’m 27 years old and I’ve never thought about what I want, and I have no idea where to start.

I’ve been taking these every day for the last 3 weeks now. I can only help their influence is enough to counteract the negative long term effects of my unhealthy diet. Long term effects of either will need further study, data collation and analyse to asses their viability across a larger grouping of individuals.
