i miss you so much when you’re sleeping sometimes baby. tonight’s one of those sometimes. just feel like i don’t get enough of you throughout the day i guess… but yeah, i hope at least one of us is sleeping well. i love you, billy kayd.

It seems Billy was running behind getting home as a new prospective client had arrived just before his shift ended. He’d call to let Xavier know he wouldn’t be too much longer, surprised to get the machine instead of the blonde. Hearing his voice in the recorded message would do for now, though nothing beat the real thing. Billy waits for the “beep” of the answering machine before speaking.

Hey beautiful. I was really hoping I’d be Home by now. I won’t be too much longer though. I promise. I assume you stepped out to grab groceries or maybe you’re taking a nice long hot shower to pamper that gorgeous body of yours. Either way, I miss you. And I hope you’re having a good afternoon.
