Anyway I’m eating 1500 or less until I hit 125 basically
It says it’ll take about 1 year so here I go
And I just got my period 😅
When I hit 150 I maybe wanna get pregnant cause my husband and I have been talking about it
I just wanna stay under 200 during my pregnancy and then lose again to 150 until the 2nd pregnancy, same rules stay under 200
I feel like that’s a healthy goal? And ofc I’ll eat more during pregnancy
But do my damndest not to gain more than 40lbs
