Hello Tumblr user, this is the official account for yet another DHMIS AU: Don’t Love Me I’m Dead. This AU is heavily inspired by many Jack Stauber songs, mainly Fighter, Lima Bean Man, and Cupid.

This is where I’ll post art or answer questions of my AU. I’ll try my best to post daily.

Welp, that’s the web series teachers done, time to do the TV teachers

Fun fact about the healthy teachers appearances: the pots on the heads is a reference to the song “Therefore You and Me.”

All teachers have been renamed to a name I think fits them best in my opinion. So with that, I'll introduce the first three teachers

Canvas (Sketchpad/Paige)

Age: 28

Gender: Genderflux

Pronouns: Any

Sexuality: Lesbian

Appearance: Short multicolored hair (black is her natural hair color), green and blue eyes, light skinned, white shirt, white apron with different colors splotched on it, black gloves, rainbow skirt, white bow (back), black tights underneath skirt, and left is an orange shoe with red and the right is a purple shoe with pink.

Horace (Tony)

Age: 32

Gender: Cismasc

Pronouns: He/Him

Sexuality: Pansexual

Appearance: Yellow and black short hair (black is his natural hair color), dark blue eyes, vitiligo, slight beard, yellow bowtie with red stripes, black coat, blue vest, white undershirt, dark blue dress pants, and black shoes.

Amantius (Shrignold)

Age: 28

Gender: Demiboy

Pronouns: He/They

Sexuality: Biromantic, Demisexual

Appearance: Short black hair, black antennas, turquoise eyes, tan skinned, black robe with lilac dots, yellow belt, turquoise sleeves with yellow at the ends, yellow wings with ocean blue hearts and dots and purple (right) and pink (left) streak on each side, turquoise pants, and black shoes.

Note: All the teachers still act the same towards the students

The teachers exist in this AU despite it being only focused on the trio.

David

I finally got around to making David. So yeah, here he is.

Age: 7

Gender Identity: Cismasc

Pronouns: He/Him

Sexuality: Unconfirmed

Love Interest: None

Status: Alive

Appearance: Short blue and brown hair (blue dye is coming out, brown is his natural hair color), green eyes, light skinned, yellow sweater, blue overalls with orange buttons and a D on the pouch, and white socks (when he does have shoes on, they’re green)

Extra Info: He’s supposed to be a mixture of both normal Yellow and Smart Yellow. He acts like normal Yellow majority of the time, the only time he does act like Smart Yellow when encountering either Roy or Lesley.

Raya and Aster

Don’t Love Me I’m Dead is a humanized and (almost) genderbent AU with each character being renamed to a name that best suits them in my opinion.

With that being said, let’s get on with the information and final character designs.

First one is Raya Harrison (Red Guy).

Age: 16

Gender Identity: Transfem

Pronouns: She/Her

Sexuality: Omniromantic, Asexual

Love Interest: Aster (dating)

Status: Deceased

Appearance: Dark skinned, long dyed red hair (natural hair color is black), blue and brown eyes, red sweater, light brown coat with yellow buttons, dark blue skirt, white socks, and black shoes.

Extra Info: In case you haven’t read the intro post, one of the songs that inspired this AU was Cupid by Jack Stauber (arguably my second favorite song by that man). Nearing the end of the song, you can hear a gunshot. In this AU, she ends up committing suicide. The trio are aware how puppet world works, so they figured she would be back the next day. She never did.

Next up, Aster Robinson (Duck).

Age: 16

Gender Identity: Non-Binary

Pronouns: She/They

Sexuality: Lesbian

Love Interest: Raya (dating, deceased)

Status: Alive, just not doing mentally well

Appearance: Tan skinned (supposed to be I didn’t have any tan colors), short green and yellow hair, brown eyes (not shown in drawing), dark brown shirt with green and yellow sleeves, blue denim shorts, white socks with a red and blue streak, and orange boots.

Extra Info: She always tried her best to make sure Raya and David were safe, even if she might be shit at that. And of course, she had the tragedy of witnessing her girlfriend commit suicide right in front of her. She is not doing okay mentally.
