The only girl he saw was at work every morning at 3am. No makeup, baggy shirts and messy buns. Every morning it was heavy eyes, lack of sleep and mumbled words, yet out of any girl in the world, all he saw was her. Little signals here and there was all she needed. What started as early bench break talks and routine after work breakfast was eventually a bond more genuine than any other. He, never having any previous relationship, was the type of guy that knows what he wants, and he wanted her. Snuggling late at night, candlelit dances to romantic oldies and spontaneous day trips into the great outdoors was all that was needed for a relationship meant for two. Age is but a number. Nine year gap and you'd never dare question the perfection. But what seemed to be the fairytale start quickly came to an end. Her goals stretching beyond his capacity to handle, lead them away from each other. She had so much more to do and see and he... well he'd already been there. A solid friendship still in place but a dream collapsed. If you know what you want, fight for it. Dont settle. Dont be scared of what could happen. You could miss your whole future because you let it slip through fingers right in front of you.

Find the good, even when there's bad.

I find myself homeless now and couch surfing through friends, but as much as it sucks i can only think of how good it will feel to be back on my feet and know that i truly can take care of myself in hard times. All i ask is to send me positive vibes to keep me above water. One should always expect the unexpected.
