I’m freaking out man

So my first bf I think is dead and like it’s my fault probably and I’m spiraling because I was going through our super old messages and just being bored and and i remembered that like when I broke up with him I did it silently because I just blocked him and it was because he had ran away again after I asked him not to and he was like it’s because I was getting sexually assaulted dude and I was like I didn’t know that I could’ve helped theyre better ways to solve this and he said well I didn’t think of that and I was like nvm and he was like Tfym and I blocked him and like he had had problems with sh and shit and attempted before and I’m like freaking out now because I’m tired and my brothers being assaulted by my step father and I keep going back to the same type of people because I’m terrible and can’t just form normal friendships and like keep them and I always just barely pass all my classes and like dude and like I think he killed himself after I blocked him and I feel terrible

And there’s like this physical pit in my chest because all I’ve consumed is low calorie tacos and a gridlock and I have to live in this house with a manipulator and my brothers abuser and I hate hate hate hate this shit I can’t I wanna die and I have this gross man body and I just want to exist I don’t want to die I’m go crazy please send help
