I wonder if alloplatonic aroaces will ever figure out that when they want to support aplatonics, they don't actually have to add how friendship is so important to them and they don't understand aplatonics at all, but they still totally respect them and everyone else should too.

Like. Okay. Step one of allyship is "I don't have to understand it to respect it," yes. Step two is "I also don't have to tell everyone how much I don't understand it." You don't have to say "yes, these people are super weird and abnormal and foreign, but I still think we should be nice to them and support them." You can in fact just say "we should be nice to them and support them." That is in fact significantly better, because you're not spreading the idea that they're super strange and different from everyone else. Especially because, you know, they can hear you.

If you initially had weird feelings about aplatonics existing because alloplatonicism is so important to your aro/ace identity, you don't actually have to say that! At all! You can just keep that inside your head! And maybe you should consider that if you're using the word "aplatonic" in your post, aplatonics are more likely to see it, and we probably don't want to hear you talk about how you reacted negatively to the very idea of us.

szpd culture is: man I DO want a job! I want a job, even a hard one, as long as I can work it completely alone!!!!! I can do labour, (I'm not strong but I don't mind working hard) I can figure things out, I'm really smart, and I want to put it to use!! to have something to DO that I get something out of that isn't talking to people!!!!!!!!!! BUT ALL THE JOBS REQUIRE SPEAKING TO PEOPLE OR SEEING THEM REGULARLY. I want to work alone dammit !!!!!
