So I was hoping I would have some time around Christmas break, but life has gotten far busier than I had really thought it would. ThisĀ ābreakā may be put into a fullĀ āstopā/hiatus for now as long as my classes/job search are going to be this intensive.
Iām student teaching right now and am basically in charge of teaching two block periods full of highschoolers, and that coupled with my regular classes has been eating up nearly all my time. Any freetime I have for myself I just want to screw around and do whatever, and this blog has been feeling more and more like a job or obligation through the past couple years.
While I donāt want to outright say that Iām not doing this blog anymore, I canāt continue it as of right now. I donāt know when Iāll get back here, but I absolutely love the community and everyone who likes, reblogs, and interacts with this blog too much to just up and abandon it. Although with Tumblrās recent changes, itās not a super welcoming incentive to come back any time soon either...
TL;DR
IRL obligations (student teaching) is consuming the majority of my time and this blog has been getting less fun to work on. Not abandoning it though! Just going on a possibly very, very long hiatus.
Although my regular blog is here and my art blog is here, Iām trying to very slowly move over to Twitter! Come follow if you like sparse doodles, the occasional text post, and copious amounts of rat pictures
