Scenario: SQQ got into a fight with LQG after drinking a little too much at a party hosted by CQM sect. YQY tried to deescalate the situation, but this ended up with SQQ spilling (dumping?) wine all over the sect leader. In front of everyone.

YQY immediately stands up, hoists SQQ over his shoulder, and carries him out like a belligerent child. To avoid further embarrassment to both the sect and SQQ's reputation.

YQY took his robes down outside because they're drenched. SQQ's ass is NOT carrying Xiu Ya.

Xie Lian shows up reeking of ghost qi, Pei Ming is amused but Mu Qing and Feng Xin sure aren't, poor Ling Wen is still paying for her crimes, Quan Yizhen is NOT paying attention, Yin Yu reformed recently and has a bad feeling. Plus the absentees Lang Qianqiu who overslept and Yushi Guang who is living her best life and still doesn't bother showing up.

its very funny to me how we have to keep constructing more elaborate reasons for shang qinghua in various aus to call mobei jun "my king" when their relationship and the situation really doesnt call for it so heres my contribution. modern moshang where sqh calls him my king because they are both theatre kids and once did a production of Macbeth where Mobei Jun was Macbeth and sqh was Lady Macbeth and sqh just kept addressing him as king even a decade later

loveeee characters who think they're likable but not lovable. characters who know they have surface-level admirable or alluring traits and so make sure to highlight those traits so that nobody looks closer to see what's underneath. characters who know they're hot or clever or cool and use that as a suit of armor so that no one ever gets close to them, because when they strip bare and show their vulnerability they're not any of those things, which means they have nothing left to make up for who they inherently are
