âIâve got Charms up next, I can totally turn up late to that.â Doris replied. âYouâre so lucky, I canât wait until I finish school.â
âCharms was always my least favorite.â Doe grimaced slightly. âYouâll be finished before you know it, then youâll be trying to figure out what to do.âÂ
âDonât speak like that, Iâm sure nothing is going to happen to you.â She replied. âLet me know if Ted doesnât take you up on that offer though, because Iâd be more than glad to.â
âI know, but I also like to be prepared.â She smiled at the other girl. âOf course I absolutely will.â
Another small groan left Rabastanâs lips as the blonde on his lap kissed him, and his hands moved to settle on her hips, keeping her close to him. âI suppose I am. If I fail and am frustrated, I hope you know that Iâm blaming you.â He smirked up at her, before then leaning back a little. âAs long as you can keep from kissing me, that is.â
Doe smirked at his groan as his hands settled on her hips. âFeel free to blame me for any frustrations you may have, but I promise you that you wonât fail.â She smiled innocently at him. âHopefully I wonât have to keep from kissing you because that means you got the right answer.  You should be hoping that I canât keep my off you.â
âI usually have one handy, but I must have left it in my dorm.â She frowned. âIâll have to run up and get it before my next class, Iâll probably fall asleep if I donât.â
âThatâs probably a good idea. Â Especially depending on what class your heading to. Iâm not going to lie, I donât miss those days at all.â
âReally?â She asked.â That sounds great, actually. How much would it be?â
Doe chuckled slightly when the other girl asked. âBelieve it or not Iâve actually paid it til the end of the year. I was worried that if anything happened to me Iâd come back and not have a place to live anymore.âÂ
âYou wouldnât happen to know of anyone whoâs renting out a room, would you? Iâm running out of time to find a place.â
âI know that Ted was thinking about taking over my old flat, but if I donât hear from him soon you can have it.â
âAre you staring for a reason or do you just like being an arse?â
âNo reason,â Lucius rolled his eyes.
âGood to know, Lucius. Â Is there something I can help you with then?â
âHangovers are the worst! Thereâs no need to apologize, been there done that. Honestly I canât think of anything worse because everything hurts.â
âItâs literally the worst thing Iâve ever felt. I could swear to never drink again, but lets be real, I probably wouldnât last a day.â
âNever swear off drinking; it wonât help. Â Just make sure you have a hangover potion nearby. Â I always take that and a pepperup potion and feel right as rain afterwards.â
âI was just trying to say hey. Is something wrong?âÂ
âSorry, I havenât gotten much sleep the last week, since I moved back to my parents house. Â Its too quiet you know?â
âI should be the one saying sorry, really. Youâre probably not even that loud, Iâm just really hungover, so pretty much every noise is painful. Thatâs not your fault.â

Taking in a breath as Dorcas climbed onto his lap and straddled him, Rab settled his hands on her hips, and looked up at her with his eyebrows raised. âThat⌠thatâs either genius, or torture. But itâs definitely not fair.â He leaned in to press another kiss to her lips.Â
She smiled down at him when his eyebrows raised. âIts genius and you know it. This way me kissing you will be on your mind instead of your nerves.  Its foolproof, and you can thank me properly when you pass your NEWTs.â She kissed him back and smiled.  âYou ready?â She asked before pulling away.
âWe do! That would be so much fun!â She smiled at the idea of a girls night. âCâmon lets get in line before we never get our ice cream. He is, but honestly I donât know if either of us were ready for what the other needed.  Youâre right, and Iâm sure Iâll find someone soon.â
âYes, lets. You know chocolate sells out quickly.â Lily smiled over at her friend as she headed over to Floreanâs. âPerhaps you werenât, but you deserve to be happy, and find someone that keeps you happy.â
"Chocolate? Lily you wound me! Pistachio ice cream is obviously the best!" Doe laughed as they got in line. "I know I do, and I'll find him. Maybe next time it will be Prince Charming. That's who is in the Muggle fairytales right?"
âI told you I wonât let you fail, love. Weâll keep at it until youâve got this committed to memory. Youâre I did see, but Iâm not going to let you fail so itâs not an issue.â She smiled as she pressed her lips to his lips âOf course, love. Youâve helped me plenty. Iâm merely returning the favor.â
Resting his hand on her cheek, before closing the distance again for another kiss to her lips. âI canât fail. I just canât. However, I canât do it. It doesnât stay in my brain, and Iâm not sure how to make it stick in my brain.â
Doe placed her forehead on Rab's and kissed the tip of his nose after he kissed her again. "I told you, you won't fail. I'm not going to let you. I have a great idea, positive reinforcement. Every time you get an answer right I kiss you, but if you get on wrong I move away." She positioned herself on his lap with the book. "Sound like a good idea?"
âI know youâre trying, Rab. Youâre not gonna fail. Youâll remember it when you need too. I promise, love, you wonât fail.â She pressed a kiss to his cheek. âWell yes, but itâs seeds rattle. That how you can tell itâs a Tentacula seed.â
âI canât fail Doe. I canât fail one exam because you saw how my father gets if I do even one thing wrong. Can you imagine if I failed an exam?â He asked her, before he then turned his head to the side as she moved to kiss his cheek, catching her lips with his own instead. âThank you, for helping me and putting up with me complaining about this shit.â
âI told you I wonât let you fail, love. Weâll keep at it until youâve got this committed to memory. Youâre I did see, but Iâm not going to let you fail so itâs not an issue.â She smiled as she pressed her lips to his lips "Of course, love. Youâve helped me plenty. Iâm merely returning the favor.â
âYou need to relax. You wonât remember anything if youâre stressed out.â She smiled slightly as she leaned her head on his shoulder to look at the book. âThe biggest thing about Venomous Tentacula is that the are Class C non tradable. Now tell me one characteristic about them.â
âIâm trying, Doe. Iâm trying, but I donât give a fuck about this and I never will. I donât get it and itâs stressing me out becaus itâs the only exam Iâm actually worried about failing, and if I fail an examâŚâ He trailed off with a shake of his head. âI donât know, itâs green?â
