Don’t ever try to play that “I have it worse than you do” game with people. Don’t ever try to minimize someone else’s problems or invalidate their feelings just because you or someone else may have it worse. To imply that their problems “aren’t that bad” or their feelings are “irrational” is very insulting and unnecessarily rude. That’s an insensitive, inconsiderate and horrible thing to do to someone. Don’t be that jackass.

If anything it can make the person feel worse about what they're feeling because now they know people think they're irrational. 

Sure, in the grand scheme of things what that person is feeling may not be important, but to them in that moment those feelings are very real. The worst thing you can do is to undermine those feelings. What they need is support, not to be told they are wrong for feeling that way. That's a one way ticket to getting them to bottle up their emotions until it turns into an even bigger problem.

TMI time: As someone who has dealt with anxiety for many years, I've been on the receiving end of these comments many times. They don't feel good, and not once have they ever helped me rationalize my feelings. If I ever come to someone with a worry the last thing I want is to be told that I'm irrational, because here's the thing;

If I am telling you this then I already know my feelings are not normal, and I'm opening up to you like this because I trust you and I need help. Stating the obvious is not helping. That just makes me feel stupid.

Oooooooh That’s a hard one. I really don’t know.  The only artists that I follow who have some similar content are naturalvirtue and because-b.

Other than that I’m not sure. I wish I could have had more to give but in looking at who I follow I notice that I tend to follow more comedy blogs than nsfw blogs.

I think the best blogs to ask for artist recommendations are blogs that search for and reblog art from many different artist sources, for exmple:

geekgirlturnons, yaoi-masters, dicksajkfhs, apollo-filth ect.

They might have a better list of different tumblr artists to pick from. Plus they have nice content so there’s that. c:

Sadly not for this type of art. As far as I can recall in the DA rules they don't allow for pornography, and even though I can easily just ignore them I'd prefer to not risk account deletion and stick to sites like Tumblr and Y!Gallary.

I do have a DA but it gives out some personal information, and I would prefer it if I remained anonymous on here.

 I'm really sorry. I hope you can understand my dilemma.
