i'm dose! i grew up underweight due to arfid and being poor but i've been into feedism/eating/bellies for as long as i can remember. makes sense ig. my body forced me to gain weight when my mom died. thanks mom 🥰 couldn't do it with you ☺️ i still struggle with arfid and have trouble swallowing but a bunch of my safe foods are high in carbs ^w^

warning!!!! must read!!!! especially because naked vegan mass gainer has the highest lead levels listed here and it’s particularly popular among feedists!!!!

i finished my first ever tub of naked mass gainer last month. very thankful i saw this before i got deep into the second one i bought a few weeks ago. bummed to waste money, but i’ll be throwing it out and i suggest that for anyone else who’s been using it. be careful.

Some added info:

This contamination issue is most prevalent in plant-based protein powders because the plants used in them are sometimes grown in soil with heavy metal contamination. Whey (and other dairy-based) protein powders are shown to have far less of an issue with this, but of course one of the main tradeoffs is that they aren’t vegan.

Still, keep an eye out for recall and contamination reports regardless, especially if you’re a US-based feedist given that the FDA is currently operating at a very limited capacity due to the ongoing government shutdown.

can we kill the idea that gaining is easy? obviously in kink scenarios it hot to pretend that all that weight slipped on without trying but fr I see so many feedees of all sizes work so hard on gaining that deserve to be recognised and it would do us all good to have realistic understandings of the time and effort put in to build the bodies we find so hot!

If you are a feedee/gainer and you are struggling to gain, or if you have lost weight for any reason, that does not make you bad or fake.

Bodies will fluctuate and change, and you’re valid where you’re at! 💖

I love the idea of somebody boasting about their partner feeding them so much. E.g. somebody who’s noticeably gained weight patting their belly and saying “Haha, yeah, my other half keeps me pre-tty well fed~”

Or a little bashful “They just like to make sure I’m eating enough…”

Or maybe “Oof, I’m telling you, they’re handing me a different snack to eat every half-hour!”

And even “You should see the size of meals they make, I swear my portions are enough for two!”

recently when i've stretched my lower belly stretches too 😵‍💫 and more of my shirts shrunk ig bc i've noticed more of them expose it when i stretch now 🥹 it all feels good but aaaa 🫣🫣🫣
