Had a chance to film some short videos for #drivingsportstv featuring these vehicles at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. It was a very, very good day.

My team filmed this last week in the foothills of Mt. Hood in Oregon. Mostly Sony FS700 with some additional shots on Nikon D810 and Sony A7S.

Took delivery of a 2016 Scion FR-S for filming this week. I forgot how much I love this car (and its twin the Subaru BRZ.)

My daughter wanted to help with a camera test (240fps continuous on the Sony FS700 with Convergent Design Odyssey 7Q+ recorder.) I asked her to jump on camera and, after seeing her first normal jump she said she didn't like it. So she tried again and this was the result.

A 2016 BMW 6-Series welcomed me back to Seattle. Yes, that'll do.

Spent the day road-tripping with my wife and kids in Honda’s new 2016 Pilot. Really liking what they’ve done on this update: Handling, tech and convenience are all top notch for the class.

Checked out the new 2016 Mazda Miata in Los Angeles this week. Sure, it may only have 155hp, but it handles like nothing else. Look for my video reviews on Driving Sports TV and AutoNation Drive shortly.

Picked up this amazing Gariz leather case for my new Sony RX100 Mark IV. It's a wonderfully crafted piece of gear.

Cleaning out my storage unit I ran across a couple of my earliest cameras. I’m not really that old. These were ancient when I first started using them.
