Shadowheart loved Mirilia’s evening performances. It was only a little sad that the one they were meant for seemed to hear nothing but the rustle of turning pages.

…Or so it seemed. ... ...

modern AU Halsin absolutely is…

- the coworker who’s in his 40s and somehow gets along with everyone, even though he mostly keeps to himself.

- listens to AC/DC and whatever classic rock playlist your dad has been playing in the car for the last twenty years.

- always says yes when someone suggests grabbing a beer after work.

- never understands whatever absurd Gen Z joke has the entire office wheezing, but smiles politely because everyone else is laughing.

- is somehow the office IT guy who can fix literally any computer problem… but outside of work he’ll still grab a printed dictionary instead of googling a word and spend an afternoon at the public library doing research.

- wears jeans, plain t-shirts, and flannel shirts every single day.

- has the exact same breakfast every morning: a cheese omelette and green tea.

i don’t know how to explain it. he’s just incredibly easy to be around.

I wanted to start drawing more little sketches featuring both game characters and my OCs, so here's a quick doodle of Mirilia's typical reaction whenever she picks up good vibes from someone:

For Shadowheart, this was... quite a shock. But she couldn't bring herself to argue. First, she was incredibly grateful to Mirilia for saving her from the nautiloid. And second, there was something strange about Mirilia's presence - she had this aura that made it impossible not to like her, and even harder to refuse her. 💖

I’ve decided to make a series of sketch pages for all of my Baldur’s Gate characters, starting with my very first Tav — Runia.

I played her in a co-op playthrough with my boyfriend and romanced Lae’zel (still convinced she has the best romance in the game).

Every character I create gets a little piece of my personality, but Runia probably got more of it than anyone else. ✨
