People wont like this, but Im glad to see the rights of authors/creators/copyright owners, etc are being finally respected by the courts.

website owners need to check if their content has been “archived” on their site and file DMCA reports as necessary.

without saying what I do exactly other than web admin work…….the site I/we have a problem with is TheWayBackMachine. As of writing this they just lost a court case about copying books and how that’s illegal. I believe their archival of sites should also be illegal especially due to the fact of them doing so without express written permission from the sites owners/copyright owners, etc.

Not only is it a copyright issue, it’s a privacy & safety issue as well.

there is a certain “company” “website” that is violating mine and many others rights and we need to bring it all to light. They also need to be held accountable
