Low cal watermelon salad ! - 🥗
🥒 • take 1 entire cucumber (270g/32kcal) and cut it into small slice + remove the skin of the cucumber
🍉 • Take a big slice of watermelon (300g/90cal) cut it into small pieces and remove the green part of the watermelon
🧀 • Add 30g of Feta cheese (80cal) and cut it, add it to the salad [Feta isn't necessary to the salad since it's caloric but it tastes better when you add it]
🍅 • Add 2 and a half tomatoes (277g/44cal), cut them and put them inside the salad
🍋 • Add a little bit of green citrus juice (10cal)
TOTAL CALORIES : 255 (177cal without the feta)
This meal is sooo good , it makes you feel full very fast and it's perfect for summer since it's very fresh and hydrating ! :D
