Ever since I moved into my new place, I’ve been wanting to make a conspiracy board like the ones you see in detective shows. So I started organizing all kinds of files and even creating some of my own. :3 I’m really happy with the RPD personnel file I made, so I gathered everything together and decided to share it—just in case someone might need it. :3

Note: In the Google Drive folder, especially in Wesker’s personnel file, the section about his educational background includes details I fabricated in order to make the file more complete and resemble a real personnel record. The rest of the content is filled in based on officially released information.
