"Humanity's Finest Invention" (Dr. Stone)
I'd like to think that after years of advancing science for utilitarian pursuits, Senku set his sights on the recreational pursuit of cracking open a cold one (Y'know, besides for Time Travel and all that).

"Forbidden Party Trick"
If I want to draw Circles that trigger Birds of Light every time I speak, the Magic Government shouldn't be able to stop me
"Don't cry because it's over..."
I get it - The ending was rushed, Fujimoto burnt out, and the Retconning feels like an invalidation of the whole journey. Tantamount to betrayal of the readers and their time, almost. But honestly, taking a step back, I feel the conclusion itself was kinda fitting - with years of Denji barreling down the worst timeline, making and breaking every connection he has in this hopeless world, maybe the only way out was to escape altogether. Sure, the convenient Deus Ex Machina nature of it all might not be the most satisfying way to end it, but just like Clannad, the boy and all his peers could use a damn break. Just wish it had a little more time to realize itself... Nevertheless, Thank you, Chainsaw Man. Exit 8 × Endless 8 - 20 years of Haruhi Suzumiya!
It's the International Debut of the Exit 8 film, (2026.04.10), and also the 20th Year Anniversary of Haruhi Suzumiya! I knew I had to draw this the moment my remaining neurons connected the two lmao. (Sorry I never actually played the Exit 8 Game, I just loved the idea, aesthetics and vibes of the film!)
I might not have been around for the Golden Age of the Hare Hare Yukai dance taking the community by storm, or the cultural impact it left back when Anime was still a niche hobby, and most of the world moved on by the time I finally got around to watching it - but it still left a mark on me and I want to pay my tribute to everyone involved in making it special, creators and fandom alike. It's 20 years late, but here's to you, Haruhi. ⋆
