uhh hello hi... this is long overdue (haven’t updated here since 2017 hsdsfggf), but i thought i’d mention officially that this blog is currently on an indefinite hiatus ! i’m working on other art-related projects & responsibilities now and my attention is focused completely on those.. also my interest in warrior cats has waned significantly these past few years so even when i am drawing personal art it’s related to pretty much anything else ahah..

i ended up getting quite a few followers here and i appreciate so much that y’all like my cat drawings :’) !! this project has honestly helped me so much in learning how to draw cats, and i’d honestly suggest it to anyone who wants to get better at drawing them too ! maybe someday i’ll pick up this project again.. Maybe Someday...

Not a question but more of a statement. I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your work, especially the cat pieces. One of them reminded me of my cat that passed away last month and it made me smile. Love your work and you’re very talented. Thank you for sharing your art with the world ☺️

Hello! I'm a member of Art Crew (I handle stolen art) on a roleplaying site called Animal Jam Clans Wiki, and I have been seeing your Warriors art being uploaded. I've had the images removed, but I was wondering if you allow others to upload your art along with using your art/designs to represent their own OCs on roleplaying sites, specifically AJCW?

uh hmm well i mean as long they’re not claiming the art as their own and its just my wc fanart and not art of my ocs, then i suppose its alright..? i think i’d be more comfortable with it if they’d credit me as the original artist as well

aa thank youu ✌ !!! i’ve already done a tutorial on how i generally draw cat faces here ! as for an expressions tutorial uhh maybe someday, it’d take me a while to draw ahah,, but for now here’s one i’d recommend that was v helpful to me way back when

Hi there! I’m a huge fan of your work and style, I love the way your designs and colours look! My question is, your anatomy; it’s absolutely wonderful. I know that people say to study the anatomy and what not but I’m not sure on how that helps? I’ve been drawing cats for my entire life— and when I encounter people that can draw like you, they always say study the anatomy but... I just don’t know how? I guess?

hm tbh i’ve just been using images of real cats as pose references ! it took me a long time to understand how cat anatomy works too and photo references help A Lot if u want to learn how to draw ‘em. i’m certainly no expert on anatomy but the 100 wc challenge has definitely helped me with improving on drawing cats better, it’s very good practice !! so i’d honestly recommend it if u want to practice drawing cats ahah

what brush stabilization do u typically work on? :o

my stabilizer is almost always set to 10 ! or like s-5 if i’m having trouble drawing a line ahah

I have to know...how similar are your Jake and Firestar? (I love the way you do tails btw!)

thank u !! here’s my firestar design !

i tried to make him and jake’s designs similar enough that they look related but not completely identical. the biggest difference is their body types, where jake is big and chubby and firestar is smaller and kinda scrawny !
