Many of my students had spoken about Rotomblr and that it was a good website to, not only share art, but also help others improve theirs! And as that is what my objective is as a teacher, is it not? Now of course, I will not be on here all too often–teaching classes and battling takes up a lot of time, after all–but I will be on every now and then to check how everyone, student, staff or otherwise, is doing!!

Name is Lyra, age 29, she/they. I will be following from @batscrem since this is a sideblog; anything said OOC will be tagged as such and in double parentheses ((like so.)) This is going to be a low stakes blog; I don’t have the time and/or emotional capacity to get into anything high-stakes. Dude is just here to have fun and occasionally give out art advice, so that’s what he’s gonna do.
And finally, while I will be on here as often as I can manage, I'll most likely be on my other Pokemon IRL blog @underground-boss-clay. I don't want to burn myself out too quickly so going to take things slowly.

I would like to apologize to anyone who has Sr. Hassel's art class this afternoon.
I was thinking that perhaps having Chai, the Fuecoco I'm raising, come in as a model for his classes, now that I know Chai is willing to sit still for the sake of a rubber porygon toy.
I figured lunch hour was a safe enough time to send him the picture and ask him about it.
... Needless to say, he loved the picture. But i don't think I'll be able to volunteer Chai as I don't want to risk rendering Sr. Hassel unable to teach for a whole day.
Oh. I’ll go bring a new box of tissues from the teacher’s office… He should be A-OK by the last class though. As long as nobody else has any heartwarming stories!
Whatever weird thing Calyrex has going on with Spectrier and Glastrier: What's a dynamic between some people you know that has you concerned?
Anyone who has ever been "a" Champion in the Paldea region and their "Top Champion," who just so happens to also be the Chairwoman of the Paldea League. I have not heard good things about her. Though it's possible that I'm biased.
Different anon to the one with Lilac, I actually just caught my own shiny droopy Tatsugiri and named her Mochi after yours. The legacy lives on!
(Also she has another Tatsugiri friend and they both hang out in my Dondozo's mouth so :])

Any tips on taking care of Tatsugiri? You seem to have one yourself.

Hm, well Tatsugiri are very flighty. It will take some time for them to get used to you, and when they do they'll turn out to be very temperamental so do be careful with them! They're quite social and prefer larger Pokemon that can defend them; it's why they have a symbiotic relationship with Dondozo (at least I think that's the term? Oh where's Jacq when you need him).
