It's my first time to cook Giniling na Baka and I'd like to share the recipe with you too! ❤️🍽
Ingredients: Minced Beef, red and green bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomato, black pepper, carrots, potato, soy sauce, water, bay leaves, tomato paste and sugar. Add quail eggs (if you want to)
1. Saute onion, garlic and tomato.
2. Add minced beef (already cook)
4. Add carrots and potatoes.
5. Add soy sauce and water.
6. Put some bay leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add tomato paste and water. Put some sugar and simmer again for 5 minutes.
8. Then add red and green bell pepper.
9. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the carrots are already cook.
10. You could put some salt and pepper and boiled eggs.
