Who I am
Hi! This is my general pinned post with what I believe are necessary details for if you want to scroll through my blog, follow or interact with me, and so on. You can call me Bast!
I am a neurotophile, one who loves that which has to do with nerves, the senses, the brain, the mind, psychology and so on. I have the tendency in my speech to fluctuate between casual and academic, cursive and print. So at times I will start grounded and then become tangential and nebulous.
If there is an overarching theme you can see here, it is that I am a sadist. However this blog is also about development so we can always discover something unexpected from our current models of understanding!
I'm here on my free time, so I'm am here for random inspiration or to shoot out a thought. I want to interact on a friendly, casual basis with others! My askbox and DMs are open but I will not guarantee a immediate reply. I am very comfortable with they/them pronouns!
I am not looking for a relationship, subject, sub, or anything like that. I am already happily engaged with someone I find fascinating and quite lovely!
I may speak openly on some personal topics but, as should be expected as a general rule period, no one is entitled to know anything about me unless I decide to share.
This is all fantasy and should be viewed as such! I do always have the urge to go off on how to make an idea real. Those may seem contrary but that is because I like doing the latter shit for fun!
Who I don't want here
If you're a minor, save your brain cells and log off; This is an 18+ blog so do not interact if you are under 18.
Sexism, Racism, Bigotry, TERFs, and all other fucks who pridefully pick and choose who gets human dignity in a cruel manner, fuck off.
If you look like a bot, have an ageless bio, or can't be bothered to do bare minimums such as adding an age, then you will be blocked.
(It seems funny to say because, a bot won't read this but...eh)
What I Reblog or Post About (grouped on vibes)
Kinks and interests I enjoy looking at. Some are sexual and sensual while some aren't. I could keep it simple and just say bondage instead of listing out more but I am particular about details with meaning and intent. If you liked something I reblogged or posted, there should be more of it to find!
conditioning, hypnotism, mind control, brainwashing (All different things)
pet play, doll play, hucow, objectification, ownership (positive conditioning and maybe some mild addiction)
playing with the mind, intelligence play, memory play (to be continued...)

Pretty self explanatory by itself but my mental definition may not fit yours, so I respect any questions you may have.
neurotophilesaves: any post which particularly draws my attention. I see some application for such as writing material or is informational. That, or I think it's hot as fuck. Shrug
Interrupt her at least once a day to put your fingers in her mouth... and don't stop fingering her mouth until her legs buckle and she wakes up in a subby haze kneeling at your feet, head resting in your lap. It's good enrichment to put her in her place using her own oral fixation on a regular basis. Be a good owner and give your pet the proper care to behave and be happy.
Girl who does experiments on you. Girl who feeds you strange potions. Girl who knows you won't even ask what's in them anymore. You trust her. She's wearing a lab coat and she loves you and you love her and that's definitely not a result of the potions. And even if it was, she deserves your trust and love anyway. So you keep drinking the potions. You like drinking the potions. You love drinking the potions. You need to drink the potions. You're so grateful she gives you the potions.
Back from my hiatus for a bit. I am currently job hunting and omfg I hate this so much. Even worse than that though is finding a new psychiatrist. My last one was the fucking bomb I loved her. But this first one I found??? No bueno
The goal of the exercise isn’t to put you into trance.
The goal is to practice responding to suggestions without worrying about whether they’re “really working,” or whether you’re “really hypnotized” or “just playing along.” It’s an opportunity to simply experience whatever you’re experiencing in each moment, without any particular expectations or evaluation.
Practicing in this way may help you let go of some of the self-analysis and mental chatter next time you try going into trance. It may show you that the line between “really” responding to a hypnotic suggestion and “just playing along” is blurrier than you might think, and that you don’t have to be exactly sure which is happening to have an interesting, enjoyable experience.
The exercise includes (pseudo-)suggestions for relaxation, focus, brief leg immobilization, arm levitation, and mental sensations of “fuzziness” and “blankness.” It does contain some hypnotic language, and may well put some people into trance, or into an ambiguous, quasi-trancey state.
Again, though, I’d recommend you approach this exercise with the goal of practicing and following suggestions, rather than an expectation of “really being hypnotized.”
The exercise starts below the cut.
This exercise is a little different from a typical hypnotic induction. Because our goal isn’t for you to go into trance.
Instead, I just want you to act as if you’re falling deeper and deeper into a trance as you read this. It doesn’t matter at all whether you “feel hypnotized” or if you’re “just playing along.” The whole point of this exercise is that I want you to just play along.
For example, a typical hypnotic induction might start by suggesting that you feel your eyelids getting heavier and heavier, and that your whole body is feeling more and more relaxed.
For this exercise, though, it doesn’t matter at all if your eyes “feel” heavy or if you “feel” relaxed. Because I simply want you to act as though your eyes are starting to feel a little bit heavier. Just imagine what it would feel like, and what it would look like, if your eyes really were feeling heavier. For instance, you’d probably start to blink a bit more. So go ahead and just blink a few times.
Good! And if your eyelids really were feeling heavier and heavier, they’d probably start to droop and drop just a bit. So just let your eyelids relax so your eyes aren’t quite as wide open -- that’s it, very good.
Now imagine how it would feel, and how it would look, if your body really were starting to relax as you read these words. Maybe your shoulders would slump down a bit more. Maybe your body would slump forward just a bit, or lean back a bit further in your chair. So just go ahead and do whatever you think your body would do if you were relaxing more and more.
If I were hypnotizing you, I might suggest that as your body is feeling more and more relaxed, your eyelids also get even more relaxed and heavy and harder to keep open. Go ahead and play along with that suggestion now. Blink your eyes a few more times, and let your eyes stay closed for an extra second or two each time - just as they would if it really were getting a little harder for you to keep your eyes open.
That’s good. Now if I really were hypnotizing you, I would probably suggest that, no matter how heavy and sleepy your eyelids become, you’ll be able to comfortably keep them open to keep reading. So keep that in mind as you continue reading and playing along with the suggestion that your eyes are getting heavier and heavier and drowsier. Even if you pretend along with my words by blinking more and more, and keeping your eyes comfortably closed just a bit longer each time, you’ll still always open them back up to keep reading. Or maybe you’ll prefer to just let your eyelids gradually slip down, more and more, until they’re just barely open… but you’ll always keep them open just enough to read these words.
I know you’re doing really well so far. As long as you’re imagining how it would feel if you were deeply and easily responding to my suggestions, and doing your best to act as you would if you were being deeply and easily hypnotized, then you’re doing an amazing job.
As you continue to imagine and act as though your eyes and head and shoulders and arms and body are getting heavier warmer sleepier more relaxed and comfortable as you read this, let’s also imagine that you’re becoming more and more *focused* on my words. What do you think that would feel like? One way to show that you’re becoming more *focused* would be that your eyes would become “locked on” to this text, just scanning from one word to the next to the next, without looking at anything else around you or on your screen. You might be doing that already, and otherwise, I know you can easily act that out as you continue to imagine *focusing* for me. Some people start to lean in a little when they become very focused, as though the words are literally drawing them in, and you can do that too if it feels right to you.
Focusing might actually make your eyes open a little *wider* and rapt, or it might simply help your eyes relax even blinkier and heavier. Just go ahead and go along with whichever feels more like “focusing” to you, as you imagine it.
Either way, let’s imagine that becoming more and more focused on these words is helping your body relax even more -- perhaps your jaw relaxes and your lips part, or perhaps your head leans forward or to the side a bit, or perhaps you simply imagine how it would feel if your head and arms and legs were feeling heavier and heavier.
Good.
If I were hypnotizing you, I would now see that you look very relaxed, very focused, and that you’ve responded so well and so easily to my suggestions so far, and I would start making more powerfully hypnotic suggestions. I would suggest that you’re so relaxed now that even your mind is starting to feel softer and slower and fuzzier. For this exercise, all you really have to do is *imagine* what that would feel like. What would it feel like if your mind were feeling "soft," or “fuzzy,” or “slowed down”? Whatever comes to mind is good and right. Maybe you imagine a physical sensation, like a gentle tingling feeling in your head, or a feeling of sleepiness and tiredness weighing down your body; or maybe you imagine a sound, like soft static or white noise; or an image, like a soft heavy blanket weighing you down, or soft heavy clouds drifting in your head. Some people might imagine a word or phrase, like “yeah….” or “softer… slower… fuzzz-i-er….” Or maybe you just imagine how your body would look and feel, if your mind were becoming soft, and fuzzy, and sloww. And you can just let your body, your face, your eyes, look like that now, as you keep *imagining* what it’s like for your mind to feel softer, and slower, and dreamier, and fuzzier. That’s very good.
I would suggest that your mind becomes more and more dreamy and open as you feel more and more focused and relaxed, and I’d like you to imagine and enact that now.
Perfect.
Now, your eyes are either heavy and blinking, or else staring and rapt; and your body is leaning forward or slumped back or simply settled into whatever posture feels comfortable and relaxed for you; and your mind is imagining however you imagine it might feel to feel soft and dreamy and fuzzy; and you’re simply doing a wonderful job of imagining and following along with me.
So I imagine that it’s easy for you to imagine now that you’ve become so focused relaxed dreamy and suggestible that it will continue to be so easy and natural to accept and follow my suggestions. And I just want you to continue to imagine that, just by continuing to follow my suggestions as if you really were responding automatically in a deep trance.
I’m going to suggest that your legs are becoming so hypnotized and relaxed that they’re simply *stuck* in place now. I just want you to practice not moving your legs now, as you *imagine* that you really are trying to move your legs, and they’re simply staying stuck in place.
Go ahead and practice that for a few moments.
Good! And now (I would suggest) your legs are unstuck and easily able to move, and you can go ahead and shift them a bit to demonstrate that, good.
The next suggestion will be for whichever arm you aren’t using to scroll through these words. I’m going to suggest that when you next read the word “now,” that arm will just shoot straight up into the air, effortlessly and automatically, and simply float up above your head until I release it. And you’ll just follow along by letting your arm fly up as if it were responding eagerly and automatically to my suggestion. Now.
Good! Again, practice letting your arm and hand just continue to happily float above you as you imagine you’re trying to pull your arm back down, and imagine the feeling of your arm continuing to stubbornly, effortlessly float under the power of my suggestion.
Just keep practicing and imagining. You’re doing so well.
Now I’m suggesting that your arm gently floats back down and back into your control, and so now you respond and imagine and enact that suggestion. Perfect.
Before we start to wrap up this exercise, let's imagine how you would feel if I suggested your mind were starting to feel *blank,* and *empty,* and *floaty.* I’m suggesting that your mind is starting to feel more and more *blank,* more *empty and floaty,* and you’re imagining what that feels like. Whatever images or feelings or anything else you imagine is perfect, is just right for you. You might imagine your head feeling like a balloon -- bobbing and floating on a string, empty and drifting and lighter than air. You just imagine easily feeling *blanker, emptier, floating and drifting...* and just widen your eyes a bit, good, and just imagine your eyes becoming blank and glassy and staring at nothing in particular, good, and just let your head nod, good, nodding and nodding like the bobbing of an empty floating balloon, good, just empty, and floating, and blank.
Good.
Next, I'm going to count from 1 up to 5. If you really were hypnotized, I'd tell you that you'll feel more and more awake and alert as I count, and that when we reach the number *5,* you'll be completely back in your normal state of consciousness, feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can imagine that happening to you as I count -- imagine your body and eyes and mind feeling less heavy and sleepy, more refreshed and alert. Reaching the number *5* is also the time for you to stop imagining and acting as though you're responding to all my suggestions, until the next time you choose to read through this exercise.
Here we go, simply following the numbers up and awake:
1,
2,
3,
4...
and *5,* awake and refreshed.
Thank you for going through this exercise with me. I really hope you've enjoyed it.
hypnotic triggers attached to the hue of the smart lights in your room. Everything is normal until suddenly the lights fade into pink and you suddenly feel a burning heat flush across your body, instantly stripping, humping the closest plushie as the lights fade to blue and you freeze. Still. Stuck in place. The lights fade into green, making you docile and tranquil as your body relaxes into a comfortable jumble on the floor, and suddenly the lights are normal again and you realize you’re conscious again, free to stand up and keep on with whatever you were doing until the next time those lights change colors
Hearing someone say "AI is so great, I don't have to think anymore because ChatGPT can do it for me"
Inside of are two wolves. One is devastingly disappointed with what society has come to. The other one is INCREDIBLY TURNED ON by the idea of having a cold AI think what you're supposed to think for you
The issue (imo) is that LLMs are too unintelligent to think for you. You are already smarter and more capable than ChatGPT. It's just faster at being correct some of the time if the predictive text machine incidentally skews toward the truth.
Dumbification is only hot when you really have no chance against the person or entity trying to pacify you and take over your mind.
