Adventure

So, today we embark on a new journey. Kassee and I started fundraising for a trip we are taking with school this march. We are taking a road trip to Mississippi. We will be going from Saint Paul, Minnesota all the way down the great Mississippi river, our first stop will be Tennessee. Our group has just startedd fundraising and we are helping out with a BAKE SALE~~ woo!

I just bought my very first apron and I am so very happy! Can't wait for thanksgiving so I can use in properly!     ~M

I left a note on the restaurant table right before I left for a really really REALLY cute waiter that said

   "You have a fantastic smile, (my phone number)"

Freakin out right now. why did I do that. oh yeah because hes super cute!

Thanksgiving~

So. My family left me in charge of planning and cooking thanksgiving dinner. 

holy crap I don't know what I'm doing. 

What do people normally eat during thanksgiving? turkey obviously but what else! I'm confident that everything will turn out absolutely fantastic but I don't know what to make!

help please! inbox me or something! what do you make/ your families make for the holidays? any weird food traditions I could try out?

This is the last of our project! Our student teacher, Youngsin, originally from Seoul, helped us a lot. We made our  Bulgogi, Tteokbokki, and Kimbap. I had an amazing time and they tasted amazing.       -Kassee

Woo! We slaved over this for five hours, then we saved it wrong and had a heart attack before realizing we didn't actually save it wrong! We made two different versions of the dough and used them both... that's why we just looked at the silver bowl and put it back. I hadd so much fun doing this

Our Hoddeok dough isnt rising, so we're finding a faster and easier way to make Hoddeok. Hooray! -Kassee

What's the normal type of fish?

Today is Wednesday. It was a long day... but thankfully we got stuff done. We created our menu and began writing down the ingredients we would need, that's when the subject of fish cakes came up. What the hell is a fish cake? What type of fish makes a fish cake? Is a fish cake those things you buy in the frozen food isle and heat in the oven for ten minutes? I really hope that's not what the recipe calls for. Anywho, if anyone knows what a fish cake is please inform us
