About us:

Hi! We’re @dragon-striker-event-weeks and we are planning prompt weeks to help keep the fandom alive and thriving during the hiatus! We have a couple ideas of more weeks to come, but if you have anything you would like to see in particular, whether it’s a certain theme week, or just a prompt you’d love to see, send in an ask or come and ask us over on discord!

Mod introductions:

Mod v (any pronouns): Hi! I'm v and my main tumblr is @porygonally.  It's hard to choose a favorite character, but I think Baü is probably my favorite, and my favorite team is the Bards!

Mod Shark (any pronouns): Yo I’m Shark, main blog @rlairshark. Favorite team right now is the Shadows, and my favorite character rotates between Ssyelle, Falco, and Pregrina on an hourly basis. Mod Neon (he/she/they): Hello! I’m Neon and my main tumblr is @mochikatt-t. Man I love a lot of characters, but my absolute favorite has to be Odward, my son… But other characters I really like are Casper, Ondine and Conan! My favorite team is the Bards! (Although the Shadows are silently approaching to steal that place…)

Mod Swiss (he/they): Hi everyone!! I’m Swiss and my tumblr is @swiss-in-my-cheese ! I love all the characters but my favourite has to be Casper or Key himself! I also love Falco, Goyen Sunspear and Odward! (much more too!) My favourite team is either the Bards or Roses! Love this show and love y’all! Bye now!!

Mod ren (pronounfluid): Hey there I’m ren and my main blog is @pipperoniiii. Rn I thiiink my fav team is the Roses because Falco is a diva. MY FAVORITE CHILDREN ARE ODWARD AND SKADI AAAA! Surya is a guilty pleasure of mine… Even if he’s a jerk.

MagnetMirror Week!

We're happy to announce the prompt list for the MagnetMirror week that'll be held from July 27th to Aug 2nd! A special week dedicated to the lovable doomed yaoi couple we all adore 🧡💚

During this event, you can participate with art, fanfictions, or anything your mind can imagine, but there's rules that must be respected.

No NSFW.

No AI.

That's it, those are the rules.

Aside from that, you can do whatever your heart desires while following the prompts! Just keep in mind to be nice and have a good time! It's not mandatory to do all the days of the week, if you want to do one or all it's welcome, just have fun!

How does a fandom decide a week for a ship... (Yes it's about MagnetMirror aka Odward x Casper)

In other fandoms I've been in I've seen people ask for date suggestions/ when people will be free to participate/ how much time they might need to prepare (cause some people like to have stuff done in advance), and then maybe run a poll to settle on things

Idk how soon you were planning on, usually I'll see events with at least a month in advance to put everything together, hammer out details, and give people time to prepare, but if it's something you think you might lose steam on by waiting I see no real harm in doing it sooner. There's no hard and fast rules :)

How does a fandom decide a week for a ship... (Yes it's about MagnetMirror aka Odward x Casper)

hi! it's not meant to be like "this is the week of the year every year we are all celebrating magnetmirror" or whatever (well. a little bit.).

if you've ever seen one of these, it's usually a list of open ended prompts (one for each day for a week) and the intention is to create media (typically but not always solely art or fics) about the focus of the prompt week (so magnetmirror in this case) for each prompt.

we (the gang organizing this) just picked a week a couple weeks into the future for this to take place, but some fandoms will plan it around an inside joke, or reference in the media (asoryuu week usually takes place at the end of november because one of the big asoryuu cases in the great ace attorney takes place then).
