The yawning endlessness of the backrooms inspires a feeling of unease similar to being lost in the woods. One wrong turn, one misstep and suddenly you don’t recognise the trees you spent your entire life walking through. Nothing is as you’ve seen before but its enticingly familiar. Well trodden paths end abruptly, and you find yourself looking at holes in the underbrush for a way put . Stepping through the fairy door, and the forest is full of almost-people and the shadows of beasts.

Rocky: "Hasn't been neccessary."

Grace: "You havent cleaned up once since we met?"

Rocky, huffy: "Rocky doesn't have 7-10 holes producing gross gross gross liquids! Doesn't need daily clean up!"

Grace: "...And your species doesn't have a sense of smell. Doesn't matter if you're unwashed and stinky all the time."

Rocky: "I am clean!"

Grace: "Even after being set on fire? C'mon, buddy. You can admit it if all that time alone left you a little sloppy. I certainly did."

Rocky: "Yes, I saw."

Rocky:

Rocky: "Fine. Rocky will 'bathe.'"

Grace: "...and I'll watch!"

Rocky: "...That! That was Grace's scheme! No, no, no! Not watch Rocky bathe."

Grace: "It cant be worse than you eating, and besides: you know its valuable for our species' shared future. We need to understand one another fully."

Rocky: "First ask watch eat, then Grace ask wash, what next? Getting ♪♬♫♩♪♪? ♩♫♫♪♬ an egg?? Fucking 𝄞??"

Grace: "I mean, if you're offering..."

Rocky: "Bad bad bad!"

Grace, laughing: "Sorry, sorry. You really dont have to show me, your comfort is important."

Grace: "But you do listen to me shower every day."

[ID: A Project Hail Mary comic. Grace is frowning as he works on a report, and Carl asks from offscreen, "Have you ever thought about getting out of your own way?" Grace, confused: "Huh?" Carl, unimpressed: "You're smart, man, but you cut yourself off halfway through all your sentences. Why?"

Grace hunches in and says, "Guess I was bullied a lot growing up, haha-" Carl cuts in. "So was I." Grace: "What? Really?" Carl pops Skittles in his mouth as he replies, "I grew up fat and black, I got my fair share of shit. Sure, it got to me, but I came around to the idea that those teenage dipshits were wrong about me. What's your excuse, man?"

Grace says uncomfortably, "I never- Uh. I, well-" Carl looks very unimpressed and says, "See? You're doing it again. Say what you mean to say." Grace slumps. "I guess I never thought about it that way." Carl: "Yeah. I know. That's why I said it. Get out of your own damn way."

We see the first panel in color: Grace floating outside the Hail Mary, surrounded by the red glow of Astrophage, as Carl says, "And once you do that? Hoo, man. You'll be unstoppable."

Back to black and white, Grace smiles emotionally and says, "Thanks, Carl." Carl stands up to leave and points at his paper. "Remember, Stratt wants that report by end of day." Grace hunches again and scowls, "Thank you, Carl." End ID]

hello instagram artist. your challenge is to do a portrait study of a woman but you’re not allowed to stylize them so their eyes are really big and more cat eyed than the reference photo. You’re also not allowed to make their noses more of a button nose or their lips full and pouty or their faces heart shaped with no double chin. Also you have to draw a fat woman. one thats actually fat and not just slightly curvier than the kpop demon hunters body type. good luck
