Dragons and Snark

Inspired by this blog (https://mamaplaysdragonage.tumblr.com/) I proposed something similar to my girlfriend. What follows is her running commentary through Thedas as I navigate and she makes the decisions. Spoilers abound, as does adult language. You have been warned.

Ugh.

So here I am, breaking promises again and deciding to get back to posting when I have discovered that the notebook that I have put all of my and Kit's notes in has gone missing. It's in my house *somewhere* but until it turns up, I'm not going to be able to continue. Not that I'm doing a very good job of that, but at least I have a legitimate excuse this time.

Twenty years later, Mycah's sitting by the fire at Warden's Keep. There's a knock at the door. "So we have this dwarf..." And there's Zev, "I told you it was going to come back and bite you in the ass."

I'm a very distracted person and right now, I'm quite into Critical Role and just not dealing with much of the world, so I've been avoiding the computer during the day and mostly only doing my gaming at night. Here's to fixing that. Again.

We were just getting to Orzammar, which rivals the Fade for "favoritest part of the game ever." Ugh.

Not dead, take 37

Wow, so it's been like a year and a half since I've been on here. To anyone that's been following me, I apologize. Some updates to both explain and bring people up to speed:

1. Not going to go back and edit previous posts unless requested, but Sara is working on a name change and will henceforth be known as Kit. I mention this here to avoid confusion.

2. I'm going to attempt to at least get a post up every few days, every week, something like that. I know the blog itself isn't packed with content but hoping to have more activity.

3. Reasons for being gone: My work and Kit's work leaving us both exhausted. Planning for a wedding. Getting married. Holidays. Working retail during the holidays. Kit losing her mother close to the new year. Covid quarantine meant not being in the same house which meant not being able to play together. Conversely, when we were together, we weren't much for playing video games. Other gaming and shiny things on the internet. Me having surgery on my leg.

I think that about sums it up. I don't expect to entertain questions but if there are any, go ahead and message me. I'm going to try to be more active. Otherwise, hope to see folks in the future with more dragons and more snark going on. Tah for now! A.
