Author of RESURGAM, obsessed with ULTRAKILL, COD, and my OC Polaris. Let it be known that FRAUD has effectively gripped me by the spine and shoved me back into Hell
Just wanted to share some Resurgam stuff now that I'm back in the grind. I've come a long way in writing, that's for dang sure lol.
This is the begining of the memory in Chapter 1--Revamp...

The door before it split wide, the skull insignia cracking in two to welcome it fully into the last church of Heresy. The rest of the layer above had been drained dry, its hunger unfulfilled as usual, even after it consumed and bested every true challenge Hell has offered. Leave the scraps for the rest of its kind. It's not fond of leftover cannon fodder.
It stepped inside slowly, twisting its head as it scanned every detail and committed it to memory. A terminal sat beside the entrance to the loft, flaring to life as it approached. It scanned over its weaponry, making sure that its arsenal was up to the standard of a fight with a divine. Satisfied that it had its own file on him updated and accurate, it turned and entered the chamber.
Its first step was into a glowing red pool—diluted blood, it theorized—and it made its biological components seize in something it deemed anticipation. The blood soaked up to the middle of their calves, far too stale to be of any use, and instead offered a mockery of comfort in cradling kneeling skeletons, praying to their own severed skulls. It walked unhurriedly over the gravel of bones, its Sharpshooter resting at its side, finger on the trigger. Its optic locked onto the azure glow of the angel on the dais, his wings and halo illuminating almost the whole chamber.
Water dripped off in thin rivulets as it ascended the steps to the organ’s podium, barely reaching over the sound of the organ. Its wings slowly rose, flaring wide as it approached Gabriel, countering his cyan glow with its own golden. When it stepped fully on the platform, the angel stopped with a sharp bang, slamming the cover over the keys and rising with a screech of the stool.
And when Gabriel began to speak, it listened, memorizing the sound of the holy echo of his voice.

Let's just say, chapter 1 is getting another massive rework. From 3,000ish words to over 7,000. The rest of the fic is well on its way to being updated, and it and chapter 19 should be released soon!
