Rules and other necessary information

I would like to point out a few things before moving on. I like to believe I'm a strange if not friendly person, a bit anxious in both the positive and negative definition, and quick to think I've done something wrong, so I apologize in advance.

1. I am a friendly person, I am a far better listener than a talker, and I DO NOT READ MINDS, especially over the internet. If you have a problem I would appreciate it if you tell me, just as I will tell you. I am a pretty lax person, so don't worry about talking to me.

2. Golden Rule, "treat others how you want to be treated" aside. I have every intention to discuss ideas with my partners before implementing them. I get ideas and over excited about them a little more than often and sometimes overstep, so I like to discuss things before moving on.

3. Staying within the lines of rule two is a sort of guideline that is greatly appreciated but not required. I have zero confidence as a writer so I would love commentary, feedback, and constructive criticism on posts and writing. If only to keep me from feeling guilty about the quality of the work and keep me improving. Please and thank you ❤

4. The fact that this needs to be said is a bit sad, but some people have to be told, for some it'sa puberty thing, I understand, but for others.... just no. I will not accept nsfw activities with underage muns or muses. I will immediately block and report all such inclined people, that is the end of this particular psa, thank you.

5. I'm a nerd, I'm a geek, I'm a bit of a freak xD My interests are all over the place, from sciences, to history, to philosophy, martial arts, mysticism, and mythology. I am a bit bombastic about my interests but I understand if my excitement can be a bit too much or the ideas of those things make people uncomfortable, usually for religious reasons as far as I've seen. So please do not take my excitement, interests, or excitement as an attack or affront toward you, I promise I'm less harmless than the letter z.

6. As much as I talked about myself in the last few rules, I say these things because to me, roleplay is a creative outlet, an escape, and a distraction from a lot of things I'm not going to list here. So I would like it if we could get along and understand each other, but reality has to set in at some point so if not, I apologize and I'm sorry.

7. This is a multi-ship, multi-muse, multi-versal rp profile. I have other muses but my main is obviously the one I tend to play the most often and the most fleshed out. As such I have a list of possible verses, with undefined backgrounds for flexibility for the AU ideas made by myself and my rp partners. For now, that should be it for the rules, if i need more i will add them, but until then, let's all have fun, hm~ ❤

Being a Goddess of Death certainly kept one busy. Naru rarely gets time to herself to relax. Tonight was one of those times since she had some minor dieties take over for the time being. Whenever Naru had time like this she tended to venture off into the mortal world to experience what it had to offer. Lately she found that traveling around some towns and cities to be quite refreshing. It was easy to somewhat blend in. Her divine and fear inspiring aura usually kept most people away from her but she was able to downplay it while here since the atmosphere of the area was able to dilute it enough to where nobody usually bothered her without them being paralyzed in fear.

This night was a bit chilly so she had a jacket on as she walked. She felt like someone was watching her from the shadows or they were just good at blending in as well. It was strange but she brushed it off and made her way to a local café. The presence was a bit strong just as she was getting close to it before she turned to address them. "Can I help you with something?" She asks as she turns around to make eye contact with the one following her.

"Simply admiring one of the few times Death herself gives herself a day off. Psychopomps have always been there to assist you, the job need not require you to be a workaholic, Lady Death." The voice was deep, soothing, commanding, serene, and powerful without any effort. His body was six feet two inches tall, broad, yet with a lean muscular build. His eyes were bright grey, like the chasms of icy crevasses, giving a natural soul-piercing feeling to his gaze while emphasizing the darkness of his pupils which gave a natural soul-sucking feeling to his gaze, as well. His hair was shaved near the beginning of the neck at the back while the sides remained short and the front had a nice sweep of bangs to the side over his forehead to give a refined look, jet black with dark violet tips and dark violet underneath so as to seem like a smattering of dark neon in an almost cyberpunk-like fashion to his hair. His face was without hair and his eyebrows were well taken care of. His skin was well taken care of as well, with regular use of skin care, exercise, and healthy tanning without darkening his skin. Even his nose and teeth were well-cleaned, healthy, and taken care of. Combined with the dark violet dress shirt that folded around the cuffs of the wrists to his elbows, jet-black slacks, jet black leather gloves, polished jet-black dress shoes, silver and gold small loop earrings framing one ear, and black rectangle transition glasses that were meant more for fashion than practicality, all form-fitting and giving him a gothic business casual look to go with his deceptively powerful build. "I don't suppose you'd like company, mortals don't tend to handle your presence well, but I am quite happy to hang around."

Naru looks at the one standing before her. She wasn't often referred to in such a manner, but clearly he was one of the many other beings that helped maintain the balance she started. However this was a nice change of pace as most were put off by her aura but he was unaffected. Perhaps this day would prove to be interesting after all. "You are correct in that assumption. You may call me Naru. What is your name servant of the cycle? I assume you have one yes?" She asks him while gesturing to one of the cafe tables.

She rarely met with other beings that handled the delicate task of ensuring a mortal's soul is escorted to its proper afterlife. So she was always eager to meet with such beings to see how they were and how they viewed her. If she had to guess, it must have been his soul piercing gaze and otherworldly nature that helped him determine what she truly was.

"There are a few, but for now we can go by Tomohiro. Our names often change based on those who call to us, after all." He answers as he follows her to the cafe table, pulling out a seat for her. The times had made such simple gestures hold mixed presumptions, but kindness, even small kindnesses, should be done for its own sake, not be beholden to the scrutiny of those who have been conditioned to distrust it.

"It is good to meet you, Naru." He hummed happily as he took his seat across from her. "I must admit, the fact that it has taken us so long to meet is anomalous, to say the least. What with our purviews having been around since the inception of the first universe." He mused aloud, admiring Death's visage in the flesh, how gentle her visits to the mortals must seem despite their innate fear about her.

"How long will your vacation last? Or must I see you depart so soon?" He asked, his last question a small friendly tease.

"True enough. I've met a fair number of others who help maintain the final point in the cycle of life but I have yet to meet them all. But it is nice to see others still recognize me for what I am." Naru states as she takes her seat. Tomohiro seemed rather interesting so far.

"Keh. Is our job ever really one where we can take such frivolous activities? Who's to say I can't multitask?" She retorts also in amusement, if anything it was her attempt at a joke of some sort as she was still getting used to mortal customs and conversation. "But to properly answer your question, I'll be lurking about for awhile so I have plenty of time to spare if you're looking to accompany me."

"It would behoove all of us to multitask as much as you, reaching so many souls at once every minute and day." He chuckled, his eyes resting on hers with a sense of stability and calm. "I would relish the opportunity to accompany you. Perhaps you'd like to see the world that has developed since your prior visit? I'll admit, I'm not quite happy with the mortals lately, for many reasons, but I do not wish to spoil your good time." He added as he waved down a waiter to order a few Caribou Lou, he wasn't one for alcohol in most cases but it does make for a good social activity. Coincidentally, that song started playing in the venue shortly after his order. "So what would you like to do or see during your break, Naru?"

After having fed and put water in the cats' bowls, having brushed and bathed them, having vacuumed and lint rolled the building and fabrics, and put fresh sheets and blankets on the bed which were still very warm, Tomohiro sat on the couch, legs on the cushions, facing toward the door, and waited for Pari's return home.

Pari staggered in after a rather rambunctious late night booking at the bar. Someone's 60th birthday and it was probably the most rowdy she'd ever seen the place.

But she was.. surprised on entering. Her home wasn't untidy, not at all. But she was surprised he'd went to the effort although he absolutely didn't need to.

"You.. didn't have to do all that. Thank you! I don't mean to sound ungrateful but I'm pretty up to task on doing stuff in my place. But thank you. You're very kind and I love you.. I'm gonna pass the fuck out."

And so she did. Snoring loudly on the sofa within fifteen minutes.

She'd return the favour in kind somehow.

He chuckled as he watched her collapse onto the sofa. So he gets up, walks calmly to her, lifts her in his arms like a cradle, and carries her to her bed onto the fresh sheets. He kissed her forehead gently and nuzzles their noses back and forth before pulling the covers over her and resting beside her over the covers, stroking her hair and stomach softly and slowly.

"I love you too, sweetheart." He hums softly.

He nuzzles his nose along her jaw slowly and kisses her pulse just below her ear ever so softly as he holds her chin. His fingers ever so gentle while he trails them along her sides and over her hips, teasingly pinching just below where the cheek meets the thigh. "Sweetie, my love, honey, sugar, I keep telling you not to tease me unless you're going to give me what you're offering." he hums softly and lowly against her neck with a soft nip at her skin before trailing back up to her ear to nip at her lobe. "You know I don't like being mean." he added with a chuckle and a smirk, cupping the cheek on her face ever so softly with a kiss to her lips.

".. who said I was teasing? Not in the habit of teasing, you know. I just find it gets irritating after a while, you know."

Wearing the skin tight dress, she did give off a yelp as he pinched her.

If anyone who wasn't Tomohiro did that, they'd have ended up with a slap. As such, she didn't mind it from him.

She did however, give him a loving kiss in return before she would pepper them all over his face.

"You have never been mean with me, darling."

"I'm still getting used to this indulgence of 'brat taming', half of it sounds like a need to let the sadist out to keep the submissive in their place, which while I clearly have a sadist side, it's more visceral and self-righteous... and scarring... and not in the loving way. 'Putting you in your place'... did sound like it tickles your fancy, or am I not understanding something?"

He nuzzles her cheek with his nose, kissing her jaw softly and trailing his lips along her neck slowly. He nips at her neck again just a bit harder, only enough to mark but not break skin, humming against her neck.

"If I'm not doing something you like, don't do enough, or too much of something, you're going to have to explain how I could do better, but I will always do my best."

"I'm hardly a brat, dearest. I'm not massively into that at all. Putting me in my place is more than alright with me, I just find the whole 'brat taming' thing a little odd because I'm most likely older than yourself, Tomohiro."

She returned every kiss, however the only marks she'd leave on him were her ever present lipstick marks.

"Oh, absolutely. I'd tell you! I don't mind the teasing, but too much? It just makes me really irritable and if I do the teasing and it keeps going on, I get irritable about that too. Sorry. Nothing I say seems to make sense."

He kissed her neck, humming proudly for the lipstick marks he's wearing, caressing her sides and pinches her nipple with a slow tug as he licks up the side of her neck playfully.

"I was just giving a reminder. However, I will have to further ask the difference expected between brat taming and 'putting you in your place', and how I can indulge you in it from now on. Sometimes things just can't be looked up without misinformation or confusion, so I'd prefer your specific definitions just for safety sake."

He hums as he released her nipples and massaged them slowly with a kiss to each peak, mouthing over the nips soothingly and kissing her stomach and leading a trail of kisses from her neck down to between her thighs.

The air in Japan was cold as the snow dropped as winter had finally arrived. Crime and villainy had dropped a little due to the weather so there wasn't much work going on. Which was a perfect chance for Yuzuki to get a look around the country her parents came from and get familiar with it. A task she thought would be important with the line of work she was looking to get into.

So Yuzuki had the day off from school and work so she could wander around and see the country. For the moment she was by herself but she wouldn't mind finding a guide to help get things figured out. She felt someone looking at her and possibly following her. Maybe they just happened to be going the same direction or maybe she was just misunderstanding the situation. She stopped walking after awhile and when she felt the presence stop behind her as well she turned to address them. "Hey, odd question, but do you know where the nearest Hero headquarters is? I'm not too familiar with this area."

"Hero headquarters? Absolutely! Anyone you're looking to work with in particular, different agencies are in different cities, after all." The man in a grey woolen blazer over a dress shirt and vest, black slacks, and dress boots had said happily. Oathkeeper was quite happy to help, his gloved hand in an open wave as he approached further, being sure to make his presence and his lack of hostility known to prevent from encroaching on the lone woman's safety. "I believe the nearest branch from here would be Best Jeanist's agency... that or one of his clothing stores... It used to be Endeavor's agency but it kind of fell out of sorts when it was revealed what kind of person he used to be..."

The woman eventually stopped, finally getting up for air and getting onto her feet.

"Ooooof! Wow. Yeah, I think I got a little carried away there. Thanks for that.."

While she was more than happy to continue, taking a break was always good too.

"You don't strike me as the type to become complacent, darling. And you're always very considerate."

Pari replied, deciding to snuggle in as he gently tugged her closer.

"I'm always happy to reassure when needed. You always can count on that, my love."

For the moment, the world could wait.

He stroked her back, running his fingers through her hair occasionally with a playful grip every so often. With her settling in to snuggle with him, he lifted one of her thighs to rest above his hip so he could sink himself inside of her and settle into the intimate and sweet cuddling. "Complacency isn't something I strive toward, but it's almost inevitable simply because otherwise would cause one to run themselves ragged. I do strive to do better as often as I can, but I also like to enjoy and relax in what is around me, just so I remember that things are great as they are and that it isn't so terrible if I don't manage to succeed in outdoing myself." He hummed as he trailed his fingertips up and down her spine, kissing the top of her head before resting his chin on the place he'd kissed. His eyes closed as he simply enjoyed the closeness and affection of the moment. "I say it too often, I feel, but I love you, and I always will, no matter what." He hummed. 'No matter what you think of yourself, no matter the circumstances, no matter the state of the world' were the words he implied, and he doesn't make promises often, given his stance on honesty and consistency.

It's certainly been a busy day for the self-made corpo philanthropist. Having made yet another victory over Bio-technica, Militech, and Arasaka in his latest biosynth anatomical upgrades as a substitute for chrome. Tomohiro spends some time relaxing with the Mox. In his mind, they're the least corrupt of the gangs of NC, and frankly, the most tolerable. While he might have fit in more with the Tiger Claws, he just doesn't have a Yakuza mentality.

Still, he relaxes at the bar, talking about braindances with some of the techies when he sees one of the more preeminent netrunners around walk into the building.

The merc spotted the man gassing to the techies as she strolled in. While Pari wasn't overly known for her netrunning, she was more known for her mercenary work. Which could vary from people being taken out to theft.

While she wasn't affiliated with any particular gang, she tended to do more jobs for The Mox.

She'd perched up on a seat near the bar, one of the dancers slipping her a data shard and a wink.

Her next target.

All the while, she kept peering curiously at the Corpo Philanthropist. Although she was extremely cautious.

Pari didn't even give him a reaction. Not wishing to give the satisfaction, as was often her way.

Although that didn't stop her from removing something from her pocket and placing it in his hand.

He'd be able to see the telltale lines and markings of where her thermal mantis blades were placed, however that was not the focal point..

It was a lone, solitary Kiroshi Stalker optical implant. Clearly been removed..

"Very poor choice of words, Corpo. Lifted that from the last poor bastard who made a similar joke. Screamed the entire time. And it would be a shame to have to do that to you."

She replied coolly, allowing the moment to fester.

If it was one thing she didn't particularly like, it was someone making light of how the situation had become. Or at least that was how she perceived his comment.

"Unless you're trying to make yourself relatable, which.. died on it's arse. Nice try though."

"It was an attempt at a joke to acknowledge my status as a corpo leading to distrust and skepticism, self-made or not."

He answered calmly, holding the optics in his hand like a trinket. Which to be fair was handed to him as if it was, even though it was meant as a threat. He honestly couldn't help but smile again.
