Morning comrades who wants to see some wacky art deco vehicles
Always
Don't let it be said I don't give you nothing
These are less vehicles and more creatures. Like I feel the bottom right I could encourage to eat seeds and berries out of my hand
Petting the radiator grill whilst making hushing noises, such a gentle thing
Vehicles you need to gently feed an apple before you can drive them
Bonecharm / Mark of the Outsider
"It burns, from the inside."
Fan art of a bonecharm and the mark of the Outsider from Dishonored.
would greatly appreciate it if god chose another littlest soldier for the week

A Blacksmith’s Dream
Lunar Serpent The Lunar Coven live on the single moon orbiting the Seat of Cygnus. The harsh tundra, paired with the large surface deposits of venomous moondust, have protected the Coven from invaders for centuries. It is unclear how they thrive in such a harsh environment, as they are a secretive group. It is said their lungs do not react to the moondust at all. Mentions of the lunar witches meditating on the surface without breathing gear have popped up occasionally in records of the Royal House visiting the surface. It is said they originally hailed from Serpens. If that is true or simply to explain their unnatural acclimation to moondust, I imagine we will never truly know. Their isolated nature indeed makes the close relationship between the Coven and the Royal House all the more curious. The Coven occasionally carry out operations on behalf of the Royal House, particularly if the location is a cold one. I'm told it is a truly terrible sight. Their armor is an echo of their homeworld- borelian lightforged steel a shocking white with that sickly sweet sheen of moondust. Not even an Aquilian pirate would loot a corpse of a Lunar witch, for fear of the deadly powder.
Thinking about how Shania Twain should be a civ in Age of Empires When you send out the troops she can say "Let's go girls"
why does procreate feel like im fingerpainting all the time? im constantly making the brushes smaller, feels like i have no control... ive tried adjusting pressure sensitivity but it feels like that doesnt change anything? h e l p I really want this to work cause i want to be able to sit outside of my workstation and draw to promote that good good work life balance, but man. it feels like an etch-e-sketch in my hands.

sorry mutuals if you reblog AI generated images, i can will and must point them out as such 😔
i highly encourage everyone to be far more skeptical of any and all rendered images they see, particularly those with a dreamlike quality. scrutinize the small details, like jewelry, tattoos, strands of hair, flower bunches, the points of stars, or the way cloth folds. sometimes AI can manage to produce some sophisticated hands and eyes, but sometimes there are no organic figures to reference and the devil always truly lies in the details.
this one just appeared on my dash, and with it’s nice palette and convincing textures it could pass as a nice photobash mockup of a fantasy room.
except. what is going on with the filigree? why are half the stars misshapen blobs? what is the design on the headboard supposed to be? what’s going on with the lantern and its reflection? what’s happening to the perspective in the corner? what in the hell is the thing in the top right even supposed to be?
the longer you look, the more it resembles that famous image that’s supposed to represent having a stroke.
all my homies hate ai generated images and i encourage everyone to take just a little bit more time looking over rendered pieces they see. i find that these days, thanks to this, i am admiring the small details used by real artists even more.
Constructs and automatons have, of course, been the backbone of industry since the early 17th century; but not until the discovery of ethereal opal in 1792 did the craft elevate from simple robotics to incandescent creation. Of course, there were those who worried the machines couldn't be trusted with this sentience, while others wrung their hands at the thought of a "grafted soul". However, barring a few outliers, the constructs give no reason for these fears to have any weight. More worryingly is the insistence from the Astral Horticultura on wasting funds to manufacture clothing from the automaton age. Alas, their penchant for frivolity is only outpaced by their love of tradition- and the uniform of the Fencer Construct lies quite comfortably at the apex of both. The fencer model is what many would consider outdated (overdressed), but any seasoned botanist will tell you aesthetics is the only thing it truly shares with its machine ancestors. They are assigned to Floriculturists, who require protection not from embryophites, but from thieves and scoundrels. Fencers are singular in their agility and efficiency, despite their dress. While they would not be fit for Garden expeditions, they are more than capable at dismantling any human threat.
