Ukraine Passport. Printing on paper, sticker @localstickerbook, seals, a slip with a residence permit. 2022.
Dialogue with a German bank employee: Him: why is there a sticker? I think it is forbidden Me: this is a reminder Him: do you really think the world needs a reminder about Ukraine now?
I seethed a little inside at this moment. it's like the question "is the war still going on?" - I hate it. but it is how it is: I am waiting for the day when I can answer that there is no more war in my house and I will remove this sticker
Group Project “SNOT”
HGB Leipzig, 2022
if the studio isn't the container for the creative primordial soup then what is? over the course of three weeks, we came up with the concept of transforming our studio into a space of possibilities. there was a 3D model beforehand but no real plan. after talking for months and months on end we just started doing it. forming groups, overlaying carpet over walls and onto ceilings, strings, and underneath lamps. making the studio disappear, making the noise disappear, and creating this associative space of many interpretations. sinus, womb, cyst, cloud, cotton candy, cave, avalanche, igloo, intestines. not only did we give room for dissolving authorship but we came together as a group without leadership.
the amalgamations of all the creative energy we generated in creating the space we pressed into a refined, distilled, and filtered potion. SNOT is what we needed to break through the mold of the past years and months of uncertainty.

My work for @rundgang.io at @hgbleipzig Part of the group project “SNOT”. Text from a note inside These lava stones was living their normal life somewhere at a volcano near the Atlantic Ocean. Before then they even didn’t know what daylight was. And then I came and took them with me to Germany. I gave them a better life in the country with the best safety in Europe, hight developed infrastructure, and a robust economy. But do they happy? Did my gesture was moral at all? Im not sure. But they didn’t say “NO”. so?
inspired by the series of photos "pagan ritual studies" @edere.editions, 2010. Authors: Charles Freger, Wilder Mann.
In Volyn, where I come from, people go from house to house in wonderful clothes and bring the news that the new year is here. I dream that this tradition lives on because it is wonderful. This is light.
Acrylic/ canvas. 2022. 25x25 + 25x25 cm
what is home? 3D print (plastic) 2023 painting: canvas, acrylic paint, oil stick. 2022 Even 2 years ago, my statement was that home is where I am. I still think so, but this issue took on a new form during the year. For now, I carry my little home with me and collect the baggage of knowledge and experience with which I will return to my physical home - Kyiv. The painting work was inspired by the works of Kandinsky with help of DALLE 2. Kandinsky called himself a citizen of the world maybe also because he was forced to move all the time.
Place of Peril canvas, gipsym, acrylic paint, oil stick.

visual representation of the emotional turmoil and vulnerability of being offered a place to stay which turns out to be a dangerous and uncomfortable situation, highlights the uncertainty and unexpectedness faced by many refugees today.
найчуттєвіша для мене. text is created with help of open.ai chat: These mixed media paintings on canvas explore the theme of fear and vulnerability. The phrase in Ukrainian says: fear - I am standing naked and seemingly not protected at all. and I am a thorn or the world is a thorn.
80x100 mixed media: gypsum, canvas, acrylic colour and spray, oil stick. 2022-2023
text is created with help of open.ai chat:
I created "Unity" as part of my exploration of the strength of women. The painting depicts a group of slender figures holding hands, symbolizing the enduring bonds of sisterhood and the support that women can provide for one another. The thin layers of acrylic paint on the canvas lend a delicate quality to the work, but the figures' collective resilience and determination are palpable. I was inspired by the work of Tracey Emin and the powerful stories of Ukrainian women that I have collected for my project I DON'T NEED FIRST SEX AID. This painting serves as a tribute to their enduring spirit and unity.

ТРИВОГА (what means alarm and anxiety at the same time)
Canvas, acrylic, oil stick.

I imagined how Ukrainians would hide in bunkers at airports when they heard the sound of an airplane. We are already afraid of everything around us: the train, fireworks, and the kettle in the kitchen.
