So the Whole30 doesn’t have to super expensive. You just have to go to multiple stores, which UGH, but it works. For breakfast I had a scramble with prosciutto, green onion and poblano peppers: not bad. For lunch: ground turkey compliant, cauliflower rice, tomato sauce and an onion with spices: it’s ok, needs to be eaten with in a stuffed bell pepper. Excited to try the coconut milk with coffee tomorrow. Roasted veggies and roasted chicken for dinner. Day 1: not so bad.
