Imagine Katsuki secretly plays an Otome game, and one of the characters he chooses to romance is a nerdy stereotype named Deku.

Katsuki is kinda obsessed with him and secretly buys merch of him, which he gets for cheap cause he's the least popular of the datables

And like, he has a section of his room dedicated to Deku that he frequently curses at while adding new merch to his collection.

"Stupid nerd and his stupid face, making me spend my money on his stupid freckles."

He then one day meets a cosplayer who looks exactly like how he imagines Deku to look in real life. Doesn't even hesitate to come up to him and ask for a pic, and the guy even ACTS like Deku. Sounds like him in-game. He's perfect. He's adorable. Katsuki wants to eat him

The guy agrees to a selfie, and Katsuki is bold enough to ask him for his Insta, hoping to maybe see more of his Deku cosplay

The guy is all blushy and nervous but agrees, putting his Insta into Katsuki's phone before he's called away by his friends

Katsuki checks, hoping to find more cosplays

Only to realize this Izuku guy is just a guy. No cosplay or anything.

He just looks like that

He went to a random stranger, asked for a selfie and his socials, and basically came onto him

And fuck anyone who said Katsuki only spearheaded the funding of the suit just because he was guilty for middle school. This look and smile is not the face of someone who was obligated to do sth, it's the face of someone who cares about his childhood friend's biggest dream the most. Look how happy he is for him.

Why is it so hard for ppl to understand Katsuki deeply cares about ppl in his life, specially izuku. They still see him as the middle school kid in chapter one🙄
