I saw this thumbnail on YouTube that says Skinny is rented not owned it really stuck with me after losing 60lbs and being at my goal weight I gained back in this 2 year relationship 30lbs and now I have to work so hard to get it back and actually maintain it. I am so disappointed in myself lol but I can do it.
Logging back into Tumblr after a bad hospital visit and a recovery month like heyyy... I am sorry to everyone I ghosted, I am doing better just told I couldn't exercise for 3 months and it makes me so sad. (I will find a way around it) Really focusing on diet and calories however I still haven't gained weight this month so that is good.

Food drives, A good way to not waste those macaroni boxes and ramen packets. You'd be giving them to people in need and no one will worry why most of your pantry is empty. Can't argue against donating food. Got rid of most of my canned foods, pastas and other dry food (not open).
The dream
Did anyone else's mom make them watch the biggest loser in the early 2000's. Mine made me every time and made me work out during with her. I was so happy because it was the only time she wanted me around and treated me nicely but when I started to lose weight she would punish me for trying to look better than her. HA good times good times.
I only ate 490cals today yayyyyy. I have been doing so good and I haven't even binged in like 2 months. I lost so much weight compared to before. Hating every aspect of your life helps so much. Having everything go wrong and slip from my control I refuse to let my body be one of them. Being so emotionless so I don't even feel hunger just insomnia, so I use sleeping pills to sleep all day most days then over exercise the other days, frantic cleaning and thinspo movies and media all day. Lost 16lbs about 8kg in less than a month.
I can take up to 300mgs of diphenhydramine so I got 50mgs sleeping pills that I have to space it out 6 hours so if I just keep taking them every 6 hours (200mgs) a day then I can just sleep and rot away without ever feeling the pain. From food, from being awake or even alive. I can just lose weight from never eating and only sleeping like sleeping beauty. I can't be sad when I am asleep. I have the most amazing dreams and when I will finally wake I could be beautiful.
Locking TF in, Summer is on it's way. From hell we raise.
