Just a heads up to the vegetarian, vegan, and bunny loving health fooders, whole foods has reintroduced bunny meats back into their stores in the California area and plan to spread to more of the country if it’s met with a good reception.  More over, they’re planning to sell domesticated baby three pound rabbits, not even fully grown ten pound ones.  It’s pretty messed up.  There’s more all about it for any questions you might have here at save-a-bunny.org, they also have some great ideas to show your support for getting rabbit meat out of stores.  There’s a couple things you can do to protest right off the bat really easily, though: First, there’s a change.org petition. Secondly, the awesome people at house rabbit society/rabbit.org have a contact list of people within whole foods you can call or email. Please, if you object to this don’t be afraid to boycott over it, and be sure to let them know.  I personally think it’s unethical to eat domesticated baby buns, and it’s unethical to contribute towards an animal being held in inhumane conditions until slaughter.  I’m hoping some of you do too!

Avedon did not conform to the standard technique of taking studio fashion photographs, where models stood emotionless and seemingly indifferent to the camera. Instead, Avedon showed models full of emotion, smiling, laughing, and, many times, in action in outdoor settings which was revolutionary at the time.
