Stayed up all night for no particular reason. 41 mins to 6 AM.
The shut down our uni for a week. There's been a water crisis and they sent us all back home.
Instead of trying to be all productive just like that I'll do a discipline challenge, for a week, wherein I'd make a list of things that I have to get done for every day of thr challenge.
Sound simple enough but I never do.
I'll have to wait till the short film shoot is over before I get to do anything.
A friend from school called and we talked till 4 AM . I was dead tired during class. I'm gonna sleep really early now and see when I wake up
I woke up at 1:45 am, went back to sleep and woke at 7:20 am. 13 hours.

I was down with a cold for the past 2 days, so apart from not having the energy to track I wasn't really able to do anything other than sleep.
I had learnt about monk mode a few months back. Though I don't think I can split things strictly I thought I'd do a thing for a week where I do hard things and strictly adhere ti the things I have to do. I won't get disciplined as long as I let myself just rest or take things freely with their pace.
Day 0/7
Morning was less ideal compared to yesterday. I woke up at 5:30 though (I had a nightmare). Woke my friend up at 6 to run but didn't go myself cause I my legs were pretty sore from running recently. Stayed in bed, got up late and missed my 1st class. Got a coffee
Had oats and eggs for lunch (felt quite lazy to cook eggs, ended up burning them).
Class ended early, went to the library and dozed off. Got up at 4:50 PM, moved my stuff to a place where the air conditioner doesn't hit directly and stepped out for something hot to drink (I don't ever drink coffee).
Though I read a bit I was very distracted. Had a heavy dinner. Thought of pulling an all nighter but I have a cold so by 2 am I was out.
So I've been back at home and as usual I've wasted ample time. It's difficult to eat a lot as I ain't hungry over here.
I've installed the time tracker app and cleared its previous history for a fresh start.
Onto a better lifestyle.
I have this urge to do things. As of now the biggest one is to eat good food. I spend a lot if money in food but it ends up being just mediocre stuff. I can easily do better. Eat better for cheaper.
I tell myself I shouldn't compromise on food and spend a lot. I don't feel satisfied with what I eat, yet I lose a lot of money.

Yesterday I didnt write down anything. It was a waste of a day nonetheless.
I slept all day thinking I could wake up at midnight and study for today's exam. I slept, woke up wastes time and slept again. Didn't go for a run, barely got up in time for class.
So yeah bad bad.

The need for constant, consistent documentation is real. You lose track of time and tend to go on autopilot, that is, back to your old ways.
7 days left. I'll tell mysekf to do muktiple pdayes oer day rather than keeping it to thr end of the day and not doing anything.
Today started strong, woke up at 6, went for a run, had breakfast and made it early to class. I started tracking my food intake.
We had the logo launch of the sports event our batch is hosting today evening. It went alright. I read some medicine during class.
Went to the library and am now reading some more medicine for day after tomorrow's exam

Yesterday I witnessed an autopsy for the first time.
For some reason there was no feeling that the person lying in front of me was alive few hours ago; all I saw was something interesting, to learn from. It was like dissection class all over again but more vibrant.
For the first time I saw lungs that weren't ugly. It was a pinkish hue and we could appreciate how spongy it looked. I could say autopsy is like chaotic surgery.
But hell it's worse than rape. The way they mutilate the body and dump everything back. One who witnesses an autopsy wouldn't ever want one to be done on them.
As of progress I'm slow and tired. But I'll get somewhere.

Yesterday was when I started to lose the initial burst of motivation. According to history i should have relapsed and just should have let go. But I managed to get a workout in. A short one. Then as I figured it was gonna be a struggle I decided to sleep, atleast I would get some rest, give my body tome to recover from working out (I have quite some body pain from going to the gym after 3 months). Though I woke in between I slept for 14 hours all the way to the point where i missed my first class today and still feel like sleeping. I don't deserve to ask for rest days cause when I went back home I had plenty and I threw them away doing nothing. Time makes me lazy.
Past 2 out of 3 days were slackers.
Yesterday being a Sunday was doomed but I did push through and though a lot of it went to waste it wasn't look other Sundays. I did my laundry, bottled the wine i had set after my theory exams, submitted an assignment that was due, taught my friend some pharmac, and some ither stuff. I had initially planned to go out snd buy some stuff but my legs were and are still sore from fridays gym session.
Instead of a DOP challenge iml plan to switch it up. There's about few days till I become 21 years of age. All I'm switching up is instead of counting up I'll do a countdown to that date.
