This is a single pre-release of the first draft of the first track off a new album. Currently, the title track of the song, album, and band name is Mourning Dove. My dear friend and housemate Katie Ross is doing vocals on it, and will be potentially be playing bass and providing further vocals throughout the album. My friend and partner Cea Wiley is slated to be playing violin on this song and throughout the album. My old friend Airoe Xavier recorded the train featured on the song: it was the first train that I ever rode; Halifax to Edmonton. The entirety of the album will be written and recorded (with any luck) by the end of summer.

my tool kit for self care and protection:

knife for food, knife for things that are not food, rag with rust dyed embroidery for hand wiping and nose blowing, embroidered sketchbook, dyed thread on wooden spool, three whistles for music or alert, a candle with osha, lavender and yarrow, an anti anxiety tincture, thieves oil blend solid hand moisturizer, fork, spoon, tongs for picking up things i shouldnt (too hot) (too dead), all wrapped in canvas roll up pouch!

everything was  made by me except for the glass bottle!
